Dave Onion: 1/5 Stars 27/12/2019 Woof Glider Bought the Woof Glider having seen the advert on tv. This contraption has all the glide qualities of an old biscuit tin with a brick inside it. A complete waste of money! JML Direct has not yet responded. Catherine Jones: 1/5 Stars 26/12/2019 Dog toy broke Bought the woof glider for my JRT for Christmas the squeak lasted an hour and it didn't slide very well along the wooden floor. It’s rubbish not worth £1.99 JML Direct has not yet responded. Linda Knight: 1/5 Stars 01/08/2017 Do NOT buy from this company I rang the company complaining about my parcel being delivered to the wrong address (which was to be fair not their fault but DPD). The person I spoke to insisted that I had instructed DPD to deliver it to the WRONG address by sms or email. I checked my phone and emails ..and nothing existed about instructing DPD. Anyway..since I paid extra for next day delivery which is not going to happen, needless to say I was extremely 'pissed off' and I told the customer care girl exactly that. Instead of placating me, she accused me of swearing at her and said she would not like to continue the conversation. Customer Care???? Think the staff at JPL will need to go on a training course to actually understand what a swearing customer is all about. JML Direct has not yet responded.
