Rebecca Houghton: 1/5 Stars 04/12/2019 Delivery I ordered two pairs of shoes off here over a week ago and it said I would get it within 4-5 working days, still to this day I haven’t received my order but the money has gone out of my bank Love Lemonade has not yet responded. Yvette Mears: 1/5 Stars 12/07/2018 Paid for goods on 28th June and by 12th July still not received! Emails being ignored! Two orders placed on 28th and 29th June totalling around £80 and account says dispatched on 4th July and when I have chased the company to ask where the shoes are they say they have not even been dispatched yet (now the 12th July) and when I queried why the account says they were dispatched on 4th July at 1.52 pm. they have ignored all subsequent emails regarding this matter. I still don't have the items nor any tracking or response as to where the items are. They NEVER answer their phone either. However, I did place one order on 7th July and received the goods on 11th July so they can do it but I am worried sick about my other two orders. Love Lemonade has not yet responded. April Donovan: 1/5 Stars 23/02/2018 Scammers! I ordered an item off of their website, I was supposed to get an email saying when it’ll be shipped. A week later, I never received an email so I contacted them via their website and they responded with “I am sorry but you’ll have to be refunded since we don’t ship large items to America especially for that price, you’re sent an email in regards to this”. I never received an email so I contacted them again asking when I’ll get my refund and that I never received an email regarding my order. I didn’t get a response so I tried again, and then I tried messaging them through their Facebook page, they looked at my message and no response again. They blocked me from commenting on their page. I also tried calling them, no answer. I was very nice about it but now I’m pissed off. It’s been over 2 weeks, so I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT order from this company!!! Love Lemonade has not yet responded. Jodie Platts: 1/5 Stars 17/12/2017 Not to be trusted I purchased a shoddy item. I returned the item which they accepted but was told I couldn't receive a refund, only store credit because the item was in the sale. However I did read their returns policy before making the purchase and there was no mention whatsoever regarding this being a non-refundable item due it being in the sale. They then claimed it is in the small print within the 'terms and conditions.' I check this and it is not stated anywhere within their terms and conditions. I pointed this out to them and they have not responded at all. After looking into this matter a little more it seems they seem to have an extensive list of bad reviews and feedback online due to it's deceptive sales policy. I contacted Citizens Advice Consumer ServiceTrading standards who have informed trading standards. They said If nothing related to the issue is included in the terms and conditions (and we have established that is the case here) the buyer is able to hold the trader in breach of contract and seek damages for the monetary amount. They still won't respond. It's about time this business was closed down for good. Love Lemonade has not yet responded.
