Sk Kay: 1/5 Stars 04/09/2019 Avoid! The worst customer service ever! Missed flight due to an accident on the motorway, not our fault. They did not care at all after taking the money for the holiday, just tried get us off the phone instead of helping! Instead they had told us to book another one way flight full price again and we can use the previous return ticket. So we booked the one way ticket and spent an extra £750 for it, thinking we can use our initial return ticket as we had been advised by loveholidays. Emirates said you cannot do that, so loveholidays gave us false information! Luckily Emirates help us by booking us on the next flight even though it was loveholidays job to do this. Even Emirates were disgusted and do not recommed this company as many other have had such a bad time with loveholidays when they have a a problem. The staff are untrained and unprofessional. loveholidays.com has not yet responded. Charles Watson: 1/5 Stars 25/04/2018 Cannot access loveholiday.com to Manage My Booking After many days and repeated complaints to loveholidays.com I am still unable to open the Manage My Holiday Website to Manage My holiday i.e. download my documents or make payments. Each time I click on the Manage My Booking link I get an ERROR message. I have Chatted to an operative at loveholidays online who tell me there is No Problem with their site I beg to differ. loveholidays.com has not yet responded. Richard Lewis: 1/5 Stars 04/10/2019 Concerned that this is a rip off company. Concerned that this is a rip off company. I booked a holiday on line Tuesday, they took the money off my card, however only called on Friday to say that there was a problem with the hotel and it could not be booked as there website is wrong and should not offer an all inclusive. Sent me alternatives at significantly higher prices. Tried to call twice, could not get through after 20 mins on both attempts. No holiday booked or confirmed, yet I cannot cancel on line otherwise they will charge full amount as cancellation. Meant to be flying next Friday but cannot go and book elsewhere as they have my money. Given that they were recommended this is proving to be a trying experience and absolutely fed up with them. Emailed again and state response in 72 hours. Shocking, will not use them again. Loveholidays.com has not yet responded. Graham Turk: 1/5 Stars 12/02/2018 Poor money grabbing service I contacted Love holidays through the web booking service to book a hotel in Barcelona, only to discover I had miscalculated the arrival date in Barcelona. I subsequently contacted Love holidays informing them of my error requesting the dates be moved by one day for arrival and departure. Eventually I received an email back that should I wish to move the dates there would be an additional fee of £75 per person, totalling £150. At the thought of this I cancelled and rebooked through a different company, who have been so very helpful and gone out of their way to accommodate my requests. (Brittany Ferries) Today I received another email from L.H. suggesting that if I do cancel there would be numerous charges for doing so as the hotel charge for cancellation. I decided to contact the hotel direct by phone and they do not charge for any of the requests I have made including cancellation. Not impressed with love holidays, have other people had the same appalling experience with this particular company. loveholidays.com has not yet responded. Valerie Bateman: 1/5 Stars 27/09/2017 Lack of customer service Booked holiday to Tenerife in April for Christmas break and paid £180 deposit. Now realised that I have no flights on this booking, emailed them on 14th September to see if flights could be added. No reply. I have since decided to change trip altogether and go to Benidorm. I can't get any response from Love holidays to discuss a change in travel. I don't want to lose £180 and am wanting to transfer my trip or ideally get a refund and rebook with an alternative company Reference number is LOV20585U Loveholidays.com has not yet responded.
