Your Medigold Health Reviews
Chris Wilkins: 1/5 Stars 07/11/2019 Medical for Hackney license with Gedling b c Last year I was put on probation for 12 months because I was taking quite a lot of medication, this year the same thing happened I was again for a clean bill of health for a 12 months probation period because I saw a different person to what I saw last year Costing me £85 a time when I should’ve had my medical for five years by now These are not proper general practitioners they’re just healthcare assessors like the ones that work to assess you for PIP Yet we cannot appeal against anything because there is no appeal section on the website I have called the DVLA and I am assured that I fit the criteria to be given a five year medical that covers me until I’m 60 Four years ago I was given a clean bill of health by the same Medigold health assessment program yet last year and assessor made a Judgement overruling my own GP after she’d written to Medigold saying that I was fit to drive I will still put on a 12 month ovation by somebody who was not qualified to overrule my gp Four years ago I was given a clean bill of health by the same Medigold health assessment program yet last year and assessor made a huge mistake and even though I had a letter from my own GP saying that I was fit to drive I will still put on a 12 month oration by somebody who hasn’t got my medical history in front of them Medigold Health has not yet responded. Martyn Welch: 1/5 Stars 13/12/2016 An awful stressful experience This company purports to be an 'Occupational Health' service. However my experience of them (I have been referred to them twice) is that they are not at all interested in the facts, or the fact that they are dealing with a sensitive person. No, they are only interested in their own agenda, and that is not listening at all, not checking facts and just writing a load of what they think the employer would want to hear. They are the ATOS of the occupational health field, not interested in facts at all, do not want to listen, do not believe there could possibly anything in the employees health that might be causing a problem at work. The sooner some sort of professional investigation takes place that shows them off for what they really are the better. I could not be more dissatisfied with the treatment I had. And this was not just once, but twice so that leads me to believe it is something in the firms policy to behave in this way. Medigold Health has not yet responded. Robert Anthony Chung: 1/5 Stars 19/05/2016 Breach of confidentiality, failure to follow the (FOM) guidelines I attended the the above occupational provider on the 30th March 2016 for a medical assessment. The doctor in question failed to properly record the work related issues in the report. It was agreed that the report would not be released, prior to me viewing the report. I received the report by e-mail on the 31st March 2016, and immediately filed an objection on the 31st October 2016, that the report as totally bias and misleading and withdrew my consent for the report to be released. Irrespective of the above, i was informed by management on the 6th of April 2016, when i attended a sickness interview, that the report was released to them on the 31st March 2016. As a result of this blatant breach of confidentiality, management is now being guided by the report, irrespective of the fact that i am presently signed off from work with work related stress an anxiety attacks, awaiting further counseling from the NHS. i am being continuously being bombarded with threatening e-mails from my employer, which has made my condition worse.
