Tamara Young: 1/5 Stars 20/06/2017 $147 order. No item or money back. Beyond mad. I made a purchase online for flea collars on May 2, 2017. I did not make it to the post office to pick up the item so it was sent back. To this day I cannot get a response to get a credit for $147 or to have my item shipped again. I am very frustrated. I have not had the money to buy more flea collars and I really need them! Miscota has not yet responded. Miss Cullen: 1/5 Stars 23/03/2018 Miscota fail to deliver order or inform you Spent £51.69 on cat food, was told delivery would be between 16-20th March. It never arrived and on the 21st March they replied that all items were out of stock and their supplier is not replenishing stock. Immediately cancelled order and requested refund which I was told will take up to 14 days. It doesn't take 2 weeks to refund money back onto my card. Now I have no cat food and no money to buy more. This is a TERRIBLE COMPANY IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. if they have no stock why do they allow you to purchase the items and pay for them??? Then tell you after your delivery date they don't have stock. Given me a real problem of how I'm going to feed my cats for the next 2 weeks til payday. Disgusting Miscota has not yet responded. James Lee: 1/5 Stars 04/03/2018 Missing delivery I ordered two bags of Frolic dog food on 10th January and received notification on 11th January that they were being sent. So far they have not arrived. Any attempt to contact the company just gets a standard response that they are on the way. Miscota has not yet responded.
