Diane Pearce: 1/5 Stars 26/02/2018 Morphy richards filter kettle Purchased this kettle little more than a year ago and the blue power light has stopped working, My brother had the same problem. It still boils but makes me wonder how long the kettle is actually going to last . Not a cheap purchase. Very dissapointed, Morphy Richards has not yet responded. Had this problem when I bought a red Morphy Richards kettle and red toaster. I can’t be the only one this has happened to. Morphy Richards has not yet responded. C Culmer: 1/5 Stars 08/12/2017 Morphy Richards customer service rating 0/10 Bad experience with Morphy Richards steam generator iron. after 6 weeks it was playing up, not getting hot enough and water dripping out. Due the guarantee saying after 30 days we had to speak top the manufacturer direct we called them and they informed us that we should be using distilled water and it probably need a descale (after 6 weeks in a soft water area!?) Used distilled water and descaled as requested and continued having the problem. Spoke to customer service again who informed us that we would have to send the iron back and let them inspect to see if there was anything we had done, also their attitude very unhelpful and arrogant. Eventually we sorted out with Curry's (where we had purchased it) who swapped the iron for a TEFAL without any question! (i wont be buying another Morphy Richards product...... EVER)We had to pay £40 more for the TEFAL but well worth it. AVOID buying Murphy Richards products if you want a hassle free experience. Morphy Richards has not yet responded. Josephine Davis: 1/5 Stars 07/06/2017 Accent kettle have 8mth old kettle water gauge numbers completely gone as an elderly person I need to watch my water and electric bills so this gauge was very important and one of the reasons I bought it. Chandra Joshi: 1/5 Stars 18/02/2016 The accents four slice toaster does not one slice satisfactorily compared to toaster model 44334.. one side of a toast is well done but not the other side.If I had known this before purchase, I would have reconsidered.
