Wayne Newsham 06/05/2021 Morrisons customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. £20 worth of more points were stolen from my card on 9/3/21 and spent at a store in Leeds which is nearly 40 miles from were I live (I’ve never even been to Leeds) I followed the the process of making Morrisons aware of this theft as well as talking to the staff in the store were I usually shop (the store staff at the deepdale store were brilliant and very helpful) I was emailed by the fraud department telling me it was basically my own fault and Morrisons weren’t going to do anything about it. I rang and emailed again only to receive the exact same email from the same person telling me the same thing. I rang and talked to the customer service department again only this time I was told by the customer service agent that the decision was final and he was very rude and told me I should report it to the police if I think my data has been breached (like I’m really going to waste the police time with this matter). The agent refused to listen to my complaint and put the phone down on me. I rang back and talked talked to another agent and asked to talk to a manager but was told none was available and I would get a call back, I did tell him I was told that over 3 weeks ago and still hadn’t heard anything and all I want to do is actually talk to a person in the fraud department. He then told me there was no number for that department so I asked for a number for the complaint department as I had had enough of being messed around by this point but surprise surprise there’s no number for them either. I will never shop at a Morrisons store again they are absolutely disgusting people and have no idea how to treat there loyal customers. Yesterday all my points are stolen from my account and interestingly from a place which is 100 miles away from my home. Your answer to this hacking is this is not Morrison's mistake... it's Customers mistake. Customers mistake is being loyal to you and you paid their loyalty so well. I had an accident which resulted in an injury which cost me 3 days off work and dentist bills. I rang them and was told that the Manager would ring me back and he never did. but all they have done is firstly deny it was reported to them ., then have to admit it was. Most of my emails/calls to Head Office and I even emailed the CEO and got no reply back.. I have been ignored by them and even on Facebook I have left feedback and the ones they have answered have been to tell me to speak to another person who is never available. ! the store didn't report it. now I will go down the legal route this has been a complete shambles due to wrong information and the store trying to cover it up. I cant believe how rude their customer service staff are at York Road in Doncaster and Head Office in Bradford.. One lady said that she would give me £10 for the inconvenience. James Norton: 1/5 Stars 25/11/2019 Morrisons charged me a separate charge and will not refund On Oct 13th I purchased £25 fuel at Harwich Morrisons. On checking my account, they charged the £25 plus a separate transaction of £2. I have sent the customer care team over 15 emails in order to resolve this because they expect me to drive back to the branch in Harwich from here I live in Lincoln, a trip of over 250 miles in order to get a £2 voucher! They appear to have absolutely no common sense or care to the customer. I also told them I am prepared to raise a small claim court action against them that will incur a fee plus time I have spent in pursuing this and all they said was that was my option! Linda Moran: 1/5 Stars 25/05/2018 Offers Advertising Bacardi on offer.Visited store none on shelf.Asked if they had any.Was told very heavy so only restocked at night.Asked next person sorry none left.Asked 3rd person .Will check warehouse.Never returned.Checked early next morning guess what Still none.What good is an offer if none for sale.
