Lucy Askew: 1/5 Stars 05/04/2018 MB200 So I ordered a my babiie pram in October for when my baby was due in december tvwas the rose gold and blush MB200 travel system, at the beginning of febuary I was walking round town with my boyfriend and my 2 month old baby she was strapped in the car seat witch clipped onto the pram frame, so as I'm walking round town the car chair collapsed with my daughter in it I checked the pram and one of the pins had snapped so it caused the car seat to collapse, if my baby had of been in the carry cot she would of tumbled out of it! I am really in happy as this put my daughter in harm and I have had no response from my babiie reguarding my issue, I am really upset about this and would like to take it further. My Babiie has not yet responded. Sheena Adrian: 1/5 Stars 07/11/2018 Billy Piper 3 in 1 travel system broken Cannot get hold of the Company as we purchased direct. Fill out their online forms no response. It is our fault and we just want it fixed worst service I’ve ever seen might try tweeting Billy Piper does she know what she has put her name to ! Helen Lyons: 1/5 Stars 12/07/2019 Terrible My baby is 8 weeks old and two yes two wheels on my new travel system are faulty one fell off infact . The costumer service I am receiving is horrendous I have to send the whole travel system back leaving me without a pram and car seat for weeks with a new born baby. Please do not buy these products My Babiie has not yet responded. Jayde Evans: 1/5 Stars 07/08/2019 Frame Snapped The front wheel would not turn and when mounting the curb with my son in the pushchair the wheel fell off and the chassis snapped , iam so annoyed because I've had around 4 my babies and this was extremely dangerous My Babiie has not yet responded. Kelly Timmons: 1/5 Stars 23/08/2018 My Babiie Hi i ordered twin pram of My Babiie website i only have it two months and the bar fell out it nearly collapsed on me with my baby in it and i found a contact number of the website but its not working which seems odd to me i ordered it on my bank card which all details on it to say i purchased it i dont see why they sell these type of prams when there not safe My Babiie has not yet responded.
