Carol Bennett: 1/5 Stars 07/09/2018 Nail Care Kit I purchased 65 pounds worth of items at Liverpool airport at the beginning of August with the promise of delivery on my return from holidays. It's already a month now since the items were purchased. Email the address given twice and had no response at all, no answer from the telephone number on the website. When I contacted the company via email, it went unacknowledged. I tried contacting them through Facebook and was similarly ignored. This is disgraceful customer service. Jackie Atkinson: 1/5 Stars 21/12/2018 Don’t touch them I bought 2 tubes of eraser at Newcastle airport in June I realised on giving my friend one as a present that the tube was totally empty I contacted the company and was advised refunds cannot be given after 14 days and got nothing but abuse from the salesman who sold me it. I am well aware that if you decide you don't want the product 14 days is ample to return but, if you pay £300 for 2 tubes of cream and one is empty consumer protection says they must refund or replace it - I am getting no where !!!
