Sue Pernatural: 1/5 Stars 13/07/2019 A authorised switch by door to door salesman Had to deal with a pushy door to door salesman who would not take no for an answer. Told him I had only just switched to bulb so was definitely not interested in switching so soon. Had to say 'no thank you' and shut the door in the end. Suddenly few days later bulb emailed saying sorry I was leaving them! This has to be fraud surely??? Now had to waste my time contacting bulb several times who thankfully are getting my supply back. Very underhanded salesperson should be fired. I appreciate people have to work but this is why you shouldn't have pushy salesman knocking on doors Octopus Energy has not yet responded.
