Sandra Willard: 1/5 Stars 05/02/2018 Oypla double clothes rail This item was returned to you as it was faulty. You asked for postage return acknowledgement and as the return label required postage, we paid £11.30 which we understand would be returned to us as the item was faulty. I also sent you evidence of the postage. Amazon have again confirmed refund price for clothes rail bu we still await the postage. Please could you look into this. We understood return label would be postage paid, but it was not. Oypla has not yet responded. Peter Evans: 1/5 Stars 21/12/2017 Leaking oil from radiator After a couple of months use the radiator purchased from Oypla started leaking ,the oil has seeped onto our lounge carpet and stained it.,I have reported this and returned the item back,no compensation for the carpet mess has been offered or even discussed . The heaters arrived before estimated delivery time, well packaged, very good value for money :) :-) Marion Broomfield: 1/5 Stars 14/09/2017 They ignore e mails, wouldn't recommend the company to anyone Ordered jack for my ride on lawn mower to be delivered on 6th September. They supposedly tried to deliver, but left no note saying they had tried to. I have sent them numerous e mails but have no reply to date. Just want my money back so I can order from a more reputable company. Oypla has not yet responded. Becki Cronin: 1/5 Stars 18/08/2017 Lying about referring complaint to cep I bought a garden swing which went rusty in 3weeks even undercover! I told oypla I'm disabled and took hours to put together but they said I have to take it apart and pop back in box I don't have and take to office or they send courier. They then said complaint would be passed to Russell the centre but of course nothing happened yet each time I reply to their generic email telling me to contact them again they just send same email??? No one has 6ft boxes to return faulty items they keep telling me to do so I waste hours putting up and taking down their inferior product, weeks trying to get a reply from them trying to get out of refunding by putting huge obstacles in my way.
