Kimmy Roadnight: 1/5 Stars 13/01/2020 Order not received Ordered A necklace and charm for my Mother's birthday and have received an email claiming my things have been delivered, but I've been at home all weekend and haven't received anything! Waiting on a reply from Royal Mail and plan to call Pandora in the morning. I can see other people have had the same issue...I thought Pandora were a reputable company!?!? Pandora has not yet responded. Tom Murphy: 1/5 Stars 24/12/2017 Delivery Charge Visited Pandora shop in Trafford Centre, they did not have the item in stock and was told by the shop assistant to check on line, when I did this although it was available it stated delivery would be 5 working days for delivery which made it tight to arrive before Christmas, the alternative was to pay £10 to ensure delivery in 2 days. As the gift was part of a matching set I reluctantly paid the delivery charge, however I can only describe a £10 delivery charge for an item which weighs only a few ounces and is sent by Royal Mail as profiteering, so in future will shop elsewhere Pandora has not yet responded. Lica Brace: 1/5 Stars 02/05/2016 Wrong rings sent I was sent the wrong rings, I have sent countless of emails asking for the correct items I ordered, have sent photos also and last month I was told because this have been ongoing since October 2015 with more emails from me to this company, they have offered me a half refund on my order and they have told me to sell the ring that were sent by mistake, the 2 rings I ordered were a Christmas present for a family member who lost her husband and since they have offered me my half refund I have not received it or can not contact the company to ask why they haven't paid it yet, I feel very let down and it has caused upset for my family member which thus company don't really seem to care about its customers. I would either like the originally rings I ordered or a refund in full due to all the emails and upset. Mrs brace Pandora has not yet responded.
