Sadia Afrin 09/04/2021 Parcelhero = SCAM. My parcel (which I INSURED) got delivered damaged. They would not let me claim for any damages. Lost a fortune. Furthermore they are trying to charge me extra £67 - AFTER the parcel was delivered, saying I gave them "wrong" dimentions. I am furious. Jane Chatt 10/04/2021 i paid £23 for a 3kg parcel from uk to italy and the recipient had to pay another €41 as the parcel was not DDP paid and parcelhero website wasn't clear at all. in addition the parcel was supposed to arrive early.so expect more DDP costs on top of delays Paul Turrall: 1/5 Stars 08/11/2017 Over Charging I booked a collection on the parcel hero website entering the correct sizes and weight of the shipment, paid the £30 which I thought very reasonable. 10 days after receiving the shipment parcel hero are asking me for an extra £108.85 as they say my shipment was bigger than I stated. I have sent them proof of the dimensions using pictures with a tape measure but they won't accept the proof as it is not packed up in the same cardboard as it was on the day. The reason I did not keep the cardboard as it was left on my patio in the rain and was soaking wet. ParcelHero has not yet responded. Lisa Hibbert: 1/5 Stars 27/11/2017 Completely damaged goods. Refuse all refunds I booked the delivery of a ceramic sink via parcelhero. I also paid for extra insurance to cover for any damage. The sink was then taken by UPS but upon arrival st the destination, was completely smashed. When I have queries thanks with parcel hero, they offered no explanation, no apology. I was told there will be no refund (the sink cost £159.99) and try wouldn't even refund the cost of the postage. They have said the sink was on the exclusion list. However, the exclusion list seems to cover absolutely everything and I'd be surprised if I found anything that wasn't on it parcel hero have done absolutely nothing to help me. They do not care. Elaine Rutherford: 1/5 Stars 05/04/2019 Next day delivery NOT Worst service ever from a courier company. They tell you your parcel will be delivered NEXT DAY and they even give you a date. They have no intention of delivering next day as to do that you would have to pay extra for a timed delivery. Even though you may not need it to be timed, but just next day. AVOID. Will never use again under any circumstance. ParcelHero has not yet responded. Natalie Le: 1/5 Stars 06/11/2018 Avoid them at all costs Myself along with numerous others have experienced delays or lack of parcels arriving from ParcelHero.com. In particular they have lost an original birth certificate of mine from overseas. No accountability and should be avoided at ALL COSTS. Not responded to data access request so sent them to the ICO and will be contacting all trading authorities ParcelHero has not yet responded.
