Judy Myers: 1/5 Stars 15/01/2019 Faulty shower head I bought a shower from Plumbword recently and cracks started appearing round the shower head spraying water all over. I’ve emailed Plumbworld 3 times with clear pictures of the cracks but they haven’t responded at all. This shower is under guarantee so they are breaking the law by not responding. Do not use this site Plumbworld has not yet responded. Dammi Holbourne: 1/5 Stars 15/11/2017 Not at all pleasant! When I renovated my house, I bought plenty of items from Plum World, they were very helpful, good prices and I was very pleased. But today when I called again to buy a costly item, the man who answered was extremely rude, obnoxiously as if he was giving away the products free. Not the best way to look after customers hey, not sure what would be the future of plum world with people like that??? Plumbworld has not yet responded. Dawn Porter: 1/5 Stars 24/04/2017 Faulty shower Ordered new shower in February it came was fitted,was faulty,rang plumb world who said it was now nothing to do with them we had to ring triton who's shower it was.They said they had to repair it which didn't seem right on something new but after three weeks wait the engineer arrived and fitted new part.Several days later went to use it and no hot water another fault had accused,so rang triton again and waited another three weeks for another repair.Rang plumb world to say we weren't happy but they just pushed us back to triton.Once again shower packs up so told plumb world not happy they said we could send back at our expense for it to be tested which would take several weeks and if found to be faulty they would replace or refund but only then and we had to wait.This wasn't a cheap shower and it's now end of April and still no working shower.The staff are not helpful we have even written to the md and still no reply.Do not buy from them. Plumbworld has not yet responded. 1/5 Stars 04/01/2017 Never buy from plumbworld Never buy from plumbworld I Bought all clock room item from plumworld. Shower enclosure and tray ,shower trap ,basin vanity unit and toilet it not quality item specially shower enclosure very cheap quality ( hydrox). Half of the item i hadcto send it back to them by paying return delivery charges (£ 30) for item to courier company. And they took 3 week to refund my money back. First when i order shower enclosure 760 mm ×760mm then said it out of stock after they took order and money from me. I have been told find alternative. When i told them not happy with service. they threaten me cancel all my order by ( JAMES MASTERMAN). now i have learn lesson NEVER EVER BUY FROM PLUBWORLD AGAIN Plumbworld has not yet responded. Ashleigh Denis: 1/5 Stars 17/06/2016 Purchase of a bath To whoever this may concern, I am very disappointed with the way the staff have handled me with regards to the sale of a bath I bought. I purchased a bath on 08/06/16. The bath plus delivery came to £139.94, and I had someone call me to arrange the delivery date. They arranged for Wednesday 15th June 2016 between 9 and 5 to which I waited in the whole day. I called at 4.30 to which they apologised and said the person who arranged delivery accidentally arranged it for October, he apologised and said it would be with me first thing on Thursday 16th June 2016. The bath arrived as he promised so as I live in a flat and there is stairs I waited after the buzzer was pressed to receive the goods, but the delivery driver was shouting up that I need to come and get the bath myself as he only delivers roadside, I am shocked at this as there is nothing in the email they sent me that states I have to bring the bath up myself as I would have arranged it nor did any of the operatives tell me this information over the phone. I spoke to one of their team on the phone because at that point I did not know what to do as he was refusing to take it up the stairs. I spoke to a Woman who said she would cancel the order, with a full refund, and I would receive this next day. I called next day (17/06/16) and spoke to a man who was quite abrupt and rude who is now saying I can't get a refund until the bath gets back to the office which he wasn't even sure of the date. I want my money back. I didn't receive the goods and the company know this and therefore should not be holding my money to ransom. This has put me out of pocket.
