Samara Roberta: 1/5 Stars 13/06/2019 Worst experience ever. TWICE. Twice they told me there is a position I'm looking for until I go to their office and I find out they don't have any and that happened in two different cities. They litteraly don't care about people as long as they get names to sign. So many people complaint in the office about them saying one thing over the phone and then saying other stuff once you go there!! They don't care people travel for a long time or pay for parking. I'll make sure I'll go further with that. PMP Recruitment has not yet responded. Ana Maria: 1/5 Stars 28/01/2020 Pmp poor attitude I was for an interview for Arcadia with Pmp, when I get there was one lady who ask us if we get registrations, no one from PMP tell us nothing, when we was at PMP in Northampton they tell us they have just night shift available, when we get to Arcadia they tell us they get only morning shift available, I try to ask few questions no one answer, they send me to different person after that when she has to make appointment for us she ask us which shift I do prefer, After she just told us they got only morning shift. The attitude was really really bad, the way how she talked with us, after that they accept us and she book for induction, I did not was to induction and I received a text “ Hi, could you let me know why you didn't attendant induction today? ” My answer was “ Hi, I have another job, and the attitude of one your staff was very poor at interview ,sorry for not letting you know. Many thanks. ” And I received another text from PMP : “ Your attitude is very poor too. How you can let us know few hours after your induction you are not coming! There is so many people waiting for this job ” I know that attitude is not allowed in that position, I work as agency rep for another company , this is not possible for a recruiter. I can not attach my conversation with PMP . If you need more info please contact me. Many thanks. PMP Recruitment has not yet responded. Josh Williams: 1/5 Stars 14/02/2019 Breaks Hello I’m writing to you simply because I work for pmp recruitment at the Oakwood wingates site usually you have 3 breaks two 15 minutes break and one half a hour break but now they have took the two 15 minutes break off so you have work for a solid 4 hours and they stated moaning and got me done yesterday just because I had a 40 minutes break all gether instead of 30 minutes for the whole 8 hours that isn’t on and all ya workers are very unhappy with how the pmp supervisors are treating us the actual company Oakwood have 3 breaks unpaid for I’m sure they can give us 3 breaks unpaid we should all be treated fairly I have back pains and spasms sometimes and with just 30 minutes break for 8 hours is really not fair to any of us please can you write back as soon as possible as this is a big on going problem PMP Recruitment has not yet responded. Katie Brown: 1/5 Stars 29/07/2019 False advice and no support I went for an induction after telling pmp I couldn’t pick and the hours I could do. When I got there, they decided I couldn’t have the hours promised or even the job! Because I couldn’t change my hours due to childcare and I’d struggle to pick. They wouldn’t set me on for any job if I couldn’t do every job in the warehouse. PMP Recruitment has not yet responded. Lisa Oakes: 1/5 Stars 27/10/2019 Disability discrimination My autistic son was recently working for PMP for 17 months on a temporary contract. My husband went into his place of work when my son was recruited and made them aware of my son learning difficulties. My son was treated terribly by PMP they would call him in on his days off. I lost count of the amount of times he took the bus in for his shift to be told that his shift had changed and he was no longer working that day. He would also be told to be on standby on his days off as they might phone him at 10am to come in that day. They wouldn’t call at 10 am they would call at 1400 and tell him to come in! I would tell my son to say no but part of his Aspergers is the fact he wanted to please everyone . After 17 months he eventually said no to working on his day off and on the same day he was give 2 weeks notice to terminate his employment. He still had 12 days holidays for the year that he worked and was told once he signed his leavers form these holidays would be paid. After over a month of phoning the local managers and still not being paid my husband contacted head office and spoke with personnel. He was told despite my son having autism this made no difference and he should have taken his holidays and taken the responsibility to do so and unfortunately he would not get paid for them now. My concern is that managers were insistent that staff should take their holidays and given my sons difficulties why was he not treated the same ? PMP Recruitment has not yet responded.
