Baker Essex: 1/5 Stars 08/08/2019 Bad customer service First and last time I have had any dealings with this company. I paid for next day delivery and waited in all day (my one day a week off) and it never arrived. I have been messaging the company since mid afternoon because they are saying the courier attempted delivery but couldnt gain access which is complete rubbish because I live in an open area that cant be closed off and if it was closed off I would know about it. PLT are siding with the courier who incidentally is Hermes, and we all know how good their reputation is and wont refund the postage which was £6. I have told them not to bother attempting delivery again I now dont want it but I do want my money back in full. Think twice about ordering from these. PrettyLittleThing has not yet responded. Hannah Copping: 1/5 Stars 14/08/2017 Undelivered parcel I recently ordered a few items of PrettyLittleThing for a festival I am off to this weekend, I've ordered off PLT before and never had any issues, until now. The fact I have not received my parcel is one thing, but trying to get in contact with them is another! They have no contact number, but just an email, I emailed them around 4 days ago and still have not received a response..or still no delivery. They do not provide free delivery, so it's still something I have paid for as an addition. Today, I emailed again, and yet still nothing. Hermes is the delivery couriers whom are meant to be delivering my parcel. I used there tracking system and it says last Wednesday 'with local courier' and 'out for delivery today' and that is it it..nothing! I contacted Hermes , and they are suggested to contact the retailer as they have nothing to do with the delivery, yet my parcel on the tracker says with the local courier, I just don't understand how they can't just conact the driver and ask what happened ! I'm so angry PLT hasn't resolved my issue, nor Hermes have been any help too. I just want a refund! PrettyLittleThing has not yet responded. I have tracked my parcel and it has said it has been delivered through the letter box which is untrue because I have come home to no parcel. This is not the first time I have had this message from your company or your courier that you use for it then to be delivered a couple of days later. please can this be resolved ASAP as this was ordered ready for last weekend and is not here!! I have not been acknowledged once in any of this I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of service your company provides!! PrettyLittleThing has not yet responded. Lynda Dickie: 1/5 Stars 06/03/2019 No refund for goods returned I have always used online clothes companies as i find them easy to return however on returning more than one order there was one not refunded it was worth 127.99 i gave them the postage receipt for 2 orders i sent back and they kept telling me it was refunded showing me a screenshot of a refund for a different order, ive posted hard copies and emailed them every week sometimes they say they dont have my details and i have to go through the whole explanation again only to have them come up with a different excuse every time this has been 9 months now and i actually camt believe it im so frustrated as uts my money so why should i accept that..ive asked for someome to speak to me ans told this is not possible..i will NEVER use tgem again i have never experienced such bad treatment PrettyLittleThing has not yet responded.
