Tracy Molineux: 1/5 Stars 12/12/2018 DON’T USE THIS COMPANY! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! They are only interested in getting your money and then they don't give a damn about you. Took 3 attempts to get the installation done due to their incompetence (we should have cancelled then!) Took months to get the MSC certificate. Since installation (Jan 2014) we have had 3 breakdowns, not once has the engineer turned up on the original appointment date. Latest excuse is that the engineer was stuck in their yard because he had a flat tyre but nobody in the office was aware so they hadn't rung anybody up! I am so glad that we advised several friends not to touch this company with a barge pole! Project Solar UK has not yet responded. Jackson Wardlaw: 1/5 Stars 02/08/2019 ERROR MADE ON MY FEEDING TARRIFF i signed up for 12p unit but PS UK made an error on my paperwork right address wrong name.they were informed from Nov to Mar then when the government reduced 12p down 4p. I was told I would have my panels paid for in 10 to 12 years.i complained again and was told a offer of £278 a year accept or loose it was non negotiable offer. they have 5 months to sort their error out .DONT BUY THEM . Annelise Johnston: 1/5 Stars 19/12/2016 Nuisance calls Keep getting daily phone calls from this company. Have told them not interested, but they persist in calling at all times of day. Project Solar UK has not yet responded. Stella Mary Georgy: 1/5 Stars 23/11/2016 Project Solar UK Submitted EPC before MCS project solar UK has submitted EPC before MCS which resulted to low feeding tariff rate. After several phone calls and months waiting I just received very low amount of money from Good energy. That's from February to till November 18th. when enquired with good energy ,they stated that its not their fault, its project solar has made a mistake of submitting EPC before MSC which has resulted all these problems. Now I want to claim my money back. I am not getting anywhere with this very low amount of money. Project solar has to compensate back to me . I am not happy at all. This is not the agreement / discussion we made during solar installed. Project Solar UK has not yet responded. 1/5 Stars 25/08/2016 paid full price when we got funding. been a month and till not sent paperwork Told by rep will not have electric bill so what we pay now to electric every month was going to be used to pay for solar panel which is not the case now cannot afford to pay for it. Then found out got funding but we are paying full price i think this is the reason we are not getting the paper work. We have not even got the paperwork to sent to the engery provider as well. I have already done the complaint with the fiance company because it was mis-sold and also complaint with solar company and not getting anywhere. They said they have sent it by email but not got it and also checked junk and spam. They said they have posted it and still not got it Project Solar UK has not yet responded.
