Cheyney Travis: 1/5 Stars 25/01/2018 Poor Quality Denims Dear Pull & Bear, I am a South African student who recently visited the UK. After hearing rave reviews about your products, I was very excited to visit your Oxford Street store. I was over joyed when I found an awesome pair of denims (your push up range). I wanted to wait until I got home to show my South African family my new purchase. As I tried them on for the first time, the entire crotch area ripped. (I have pictures of this should you wish to see). I am so disappointed because I was extremely excited about the brand and have only heard positive reviews of it. Mikki Price: 1/5 Stars 24/02/2020 Sizing is horrendous I ordered a skirt in a large which is supposedly equivalent to a UK size 12 and it wouldn’t go over my thighs. It is definitely more like a UK 10 and in what world is a 10 a large? I’ve struggled with my body image all my life and to see that I can’t fit into a large is devastating. I’m usually a medium. Nicky Smith: 1/5 Stars 08/02/2020 No axtended returns for purchase of Christmas gifts Pull and Bear do not offer longer exchange periods to allow for Christmas gift purchases. I have been left with unwanted clothes and not been offered any way forward! Even a credit note would have sufficed. Very disappointing. Pull & Bear has not yet responded. Kate Moore: 1/5 Stars 09/10/2018 Poor quality goods, poor customer service I bought a backpack from the Westfield White City store a few months ago, and have used it infrequently since then. The main zip of the backpack has broken and seperated, despite having used the bag with care. I took the bag back to the store to have it replaced, and after waiting quite a long time to be served, was told rudely by the weekend supervisor that I would only receive store credit for £3.99, as the item was on sale and I don't have the reciept - however to date, the item is still listed on the Pull + Bear website at the full original price I paid. When I asked for an email or contact number to speak to customer services, he refused to give me the information, and told me to look it up myself online. This isn't the first time I have had a problem with the quality of a Pull + Bear product, I was very disappointed. Pull & Bear has not yet responded. Alice Minotto: 1/5 Stars 26/04/2018 got a faulty item, can't get an exchange or refund They have the WORST costumer service I've ever dealt with. Ordered online a pair of jeans, they arrived with a tear next to a belt loop. That's ok, these things happen, I contacted them and they decided to blame me saying I broke them pulling them on!!! I didn't and all of this is ridiculous. Last email they even said I should have contacted the very same day of delivery if I received a faulty item, completely ignoring the UK law on the matter. After years purchasing in store I'm a very unhappy and disappointed costumer. Do not buy here, if the item happens to be faulty they'll blame you!!!!!! Pull & Bear has not yet responded.
