Ian ‘George’: 1/5 Stars 24/01/2018 Curry’s far superior Customer service very poor..nothing in stock..asked about a Panasonic tv and was told it must be alright because of the price..don’t answer the phone and when they did they hung up on me..morons. Customer satisfaction is our top priority so I was concerned to read your comments. They put me through to LG. Told them the fault. Richer sound sent wrong details to LG so delay. Rang LG via richer sound customer service. Told about the issue. Rang LG again. Told to take A picture of the Tv screen. Why. Sent via Email. So answer from LG or. Richer sounds. Left with a TV I can’t watch. Due to the noise it makes also when it’s on Mute. Not happy. Want a new Tv or a refund. Local shop in Prestwich don’t deal with faults. John Carlin: 1/5 Stars 22/03/2018 customer service is a complete joke!!! bought a tv from these cowboys sep last yr ever since i have had nothing but problems with this tv5 MONTHS later still on the richer sounds merry go round.tv picks up interference from something what i dont no. tested for 4g ,bought new aerial ,new aerial cable £200 later still no change.tv got picked up to get fixed told nothing wrong with tv iv been told ??well have to disagree there because purchased this uhd tv but cant watch hd channels so this tv is not fit for use!!!soz i ever bought this tv from this company won't make that mistake again and will advise everyone i know not too.i want a new tv ir a REFUND if not i will be seeking advise from citizen's advice,trading standards etc not putting up with this.customer service is key in retail sadly richer sounds doesn't understand this!!! (part 1).. Ed Minick: 1/5 Stars 08/02/2018 Delivery of new TV We bought a new TV from richer sounds, then received a email saying TV would be delivered today. I explained we would not be home to the afternoon, I’m disabled and need to arrange for someone to be here. Was told if we missed them there would be a £30 charge for them to come again. Said we would be in all day on the Friday Saturday or Sunday They did not want to help. Told them to cancel the 65 inch TV and credit our card. Then told we would have to wait for TV to get back to their warehouse first. Argued saying the Tv has never come to me. So I want money credited straight away. They said they have but may take 5 days to go back on the card. Not once did customer services or delivery people call me to try to get round the problem. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES, WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, SO PEOPLE BEWARE Richer Sounds responded on 12/02/2018: Dear Mr Minick, Thank you for your review. Ronald Quinn: 1/5 Stars 29/05/2015 Customer service My dad spent £850 on a big tv in august 2014. He needed a big one (50 in) because he is registered blind and he sits right up to the screen. Roll the calendar forward to may 2015, about 8-9 months later, the tv fails, they come and take it away to fix without a replacement. We were told we would need to leave a £300 deposit for a loan tv, INCASE WE PINCHED IT. We don't have the cash, my mam died the day they came to take it,Richer sounds were told this, they are not bothered. Although we do ask for a refundable deposit on loan TVs from our branches I would have expected the sales colleague to have explained this in a more professional manner.
