Deryl Lynn Horne: 1/5 Stars 24/01/2016 Indifferent Results On Saturday I went into Leamington Spa Robert Dyas to ask if they sold parts for a pressure cooker that I had bought from them only 3 months ago. I was told no because nobody ever asked for parts. When I said that I only bought it recently he could not have cared less and told me to go online to look for parts with other companies. Robert Dyas has not yet responded. Robin Wheeler: 1/5 Stars 09/06/2019 JUST AWFUL SERVICE. BUYER BEWARE!! Ordered some trailing petunias in April which showed them in stock. 6 weeks later no petunias. Phoned the laughably called Customer Services every day for week. Loads of promises no petunias. Phoned again on Friday to be told they were out of stock. I asked to speak to the line manager. The lady said she didn't have one, didn't report to anyone at all and only saw Theo every other month or so. Must get very lonely sitting on your own in a big office. Still waiting for a refund. Theo has quit the dragons now hopefully to spend more time looking after dissatisfied customers a tadge closer to home. Very poor service. Watch the papers for this company to go bust in the very near future. Robert Dyas has not yet responded. Debra Barrett: 3/5 Stars 02/02/2019 Sloppy customer service I ordered 2 items from Robert Dyas. One of them was and still is perfect after one year, the other proved to be faulty with a few months and I have spent that last 9 months trying to get a return organised through customer service. It turns out that the faulty item is supplied by a 3rd party and it seems that Robert Dyas do not and have not felt any urgency to resolve the issue. Robert Dyas has not yet responded. Tina Richardson: 1/5 Stars 25/02/2019 received faulty blanket box Received a blanket box completely falling apart and paint all scraped on lid. Spoke to somebody from customer services but said I had to email photos of damage which I have done. Still no reply. Just don’t answer emails, terrible customer service.
