Asif Hussain: 1/5 Stars 23/06/2017 Order not delivered. Order a pair of trainers for next day delivery.the item hasn't arrived and no email confirmation was sent but the money has been debited.i have emailed customer support but still waiting for a reply.i have phoned the company on several occasions but the phone line goes dead after about 2 minutes.i believe they are part of jd sports.i have phoned jd sports twice and was told someone will get back but still no one has.. Kind regards… Scotts Menswear has not yet responded. Sam Waters: 1/5 Stars 22/07/2016 Didnt recieve what i payed for I ordered some items on Sunday 17th and I was given a delivery slot the following Tuesday between 9-1. They never turned up but had put down that I wasn't in when I was. I then struggled to get into contact with Scott's so they could address this issue. Finally they said it would be delivered on wednesday 20th, I had been in my flat all day and no one has called. They have again put on my tracking that they attempted to deliver. There is no way they have been as I have been in all day I have now lost 2 days pay as I have stayed off work for this delivery. The same then happed on thursday 21st even after we followed scott's instructions of putting a note on the Door. We went into they're nearest store and asked the manager to call head office which she did and then we was told they will phone us to resolve it. We have had no phone call and are fed up of waiting.
