Sherrie Paterson: 1/5 Stars 07/02/2017 Engineer didn’t show After phoning from 10am trying to resolve an issue with a refund they had given me on my card is had no luck. At 7:50 pm I spoke with a lady who arranged a call out to credit my card until I could resolve the issue in the morning. I was told up to 4 hours I had to wait for the engineer to show, even after I explained I had no gas/ heating or hot water and a 9 month old with a bad illness. It's now 1:01am the next day and still no engineer. I will be phoning first thing but I am very unhappy. ScS has not yet responded. Jane Bunting: 5/5 Stars 18/07/2018 A great service No hard sell. Sharon Easton: 1/5 Stars 01/11/2016 Broken recliner mechanism repair We have a 2 seater recliner that was bought last December and since July it has been faulty. The mechanism started catching so I called them to send a technician out and he proceeded to tell me it was fine (it wasn't). The problem then got worse and I called them out again and they said they would get a replacement part. It has been months now and guess what, still no part! Being fobbed off left right and centre and the mechanism has completely snapped now. Fed up of false promises! ScS has not yet responded. Kelly Burton: 1/5 Stars 11/02/2019 Disgusting Disgusting.. Ordered two sofas in August and was told 6 weeks delivery. These were a special order and wanted to have a slight change to cushions.. After the 6 weeks was calling as no delivery to be told as special order it was taking a little long.. OK I get that.. Near on 3 months later they were delivered with original cushions and not the ones ordered.. So lies about why it took so long.. Called Scs Northampton and they said they will get it sorted and they would be here by end of November.. I called them beginning og December asking them to collect sofas.. They agreed but said if I could hold on until end of January it would be sorted.. I agreed.. Cushions came at end of January and was delivered to be on February 10th.. They were wrong AGAIN.. Called and asked for a refund and they have declined due to what was written on order form and it being a miscommunication.. But will reorder cushions..I have totally had enough of this company and want rid of these sofas as the hassle so isn't worth it.. When calling head office they refer you back to the store you bought them from.. Great.. It may sound trivial to many people but my mental health is suffering.. I rarely leave my house and my home is my castle.. Cheers Scs.. Would never use this company again and nor would I recommend them ScS has not yet responded. Deborah Westwood: 1/5 Stars 13/08/2017 Absolutely shocking disgusting my elderly parents bought a 3 seater Italian leather recliner sofa from scs 6 months ago. It cost them 1700 pounds. All the back dropped on the left and when reclined the right side as no padding. They came and repaired it the man came with a piece of foam under his arm when he knocked, before he had even looked at it. Then it happened again so now shes had another report of it wher a man came and took pics told her to sign to say she didn't want it repairing again, shes only had it just over 6 months. Now they are telling her she has to have it repaired again she doesn't have an option ..so small claims for scs im afaid. Stay away this company is disgusting you have been warned.
