Susan Morgan: 1/5 Stars 01/01/2020 Charged double the quoted price, left car with faults and twice arranged to return but never did… Car left with fault - no one called - failed to return to fix faults ... twice I waited with no engineer arriving and no phone call. Charged double and no help from customer service. Still unsolved and no one answering phones … Servicing Stop has not yet responded. Martin Lord: 1/5 Stars 18/12/2018 AVOID THESE COWBOYS! AVOID THESE COWBOYS! I HAD A SERVICE ALL BOOKED IN AND THEY DID'T TURN UP DUE TO "ADMIN ERRORS". OFFERED ME A DATE TWO OR THREE WEEKS AWAY. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH! Servicing Stop has not yet responded. Grace Villafunny: 1/5 Stars 30/01/2019 Stay away Due to positive reviews and unbeatable prices advert I thought I gave this a go. Firstly, the driver who collected my car was rude. When he could not find my place he started shouting at me over the phone and thrown insults. He even threatened to cancel my booking. When I said fine cancel it then , he changed his tune. He even said they already ordered the parts (how can you when they do not know yet what’s wrong with the car?). Then the dreaded call. Failed MOT. To fix the faults the total I had to pay was £833.02! Wow! I may be a new driver and only held the car in November 2018 but I knew and did not feel anything off with the car. It was running quite smoothly up until 2 days before it was collected. Another thing, they did not give me a chance to have it checked somewhere else. They told me it was a dangerous and major fault so it had to be fixed immediately. I know the rules. Dangerous, yes I can’t. But with the major fault they could have offered for me to have it repaired somewhere else which I thought would still cost me cheaper. Then before the end of the day I was told my car will not be delivered due to a “lot” of things that needed to be done. Still waiting dreadfully for my car. Yes I am responsible as much to this incident. But if I have read other websites for the reviews I would have never, ever, never use this SS! Servicing Stop has not yet responded. Abalasei George: 1/5 Stars 02/10/2019 Overcharged, poor quality service Hi,I booked my van for an mot. And in simply word after 3 months they send me the van back home on the recovery truck. After i paid 3100. They put on the invoice parts and labour that they never did. The worst company Servicing Stop has not yet responded. Sudip Sinha: 1/5 Stars 06/09/2019 Avoid them at any cost!! All If you want to be treated by a bunch of unprofessionals who do not have basic etiquetts to handle customers, go to them, they excel !! Booked my Mercedes A180 CDi for a service with them back in April, the garage they sent my car to was cheap one, my car was returned with the faults that I mentioned needed service and they returned my car with the same issues, attached a 280 GBP bill. The guy harassed me with repeated calls and also went to the extent of saying, come to us straight than going thro Service Stop if you need better service. Hannah Gordon from the customer service heard, aplogized and logged SVC1040610 offering a free MOT to me in return for my ordeal, rather my decision to choose them in the first place, MOT booked for 27th Aug, no calls, no one turns up, believe me i spent a day reaching them over calls and mails with no response. Someone called on 28th and said we can pick up your vehicle on 30th (is when the actual MOT was due). 30th Moning, no calls, no one there to pick up the vehicle and no one answers the calls / mails. I gave up and did my MOT on Sept 2nd from a courteous First Choice Garage in Reading, far professional guys. You can't imagine the advisories I have after spending 280 GBP on a full service for god knows what. Today some David from the Customer Service wrote to me : ''We truly sorry that we failed to collect your vehicle for the your the Mot on the 27th and we apologise for any inconvenience caused to you by this. I can see our allocations department tried to contact you to advise we were unable to collect your vehicle on the day, and did there up most to accommodate by reallocating the booking, offering a drop with an alternate garage. It is unfortunate that you left it close to the Mot expiry date to book in with us, otherwise we could have looked into another option of re booking on another day, where we would have been than happy to carry out the Mot'' Do you think this makes sense or this guy is even aware of what he is responding. I am not sure who promised the free MOT, who promised to pick up on 27th, who failed to do it, who rescheduled for 30th ,who failed me again and I have to take it from this guy that I left it too late for my MOT ? When I questioned his audacity and my rights to have a compensation for 6 months of trouble with them, I get this from Hannah Hello Sudip, David's response to you was in fact based on a full education of your case. Please note that we can not compensate for a failed collection on a FREE MOT. David has politely declined your offer for further education as he currently holds several qualifications, is a senior member of our team and more than qualified to respond to you without insult.
