Complaint against Easylife

After ordering goods from easylife I found I was enrolled in their motor club without agreeing to this .On 30th of December 2017 I received a letter stating my trial period would run out on 28th of December and if I did not cancel by 28th Dec they would take £59.99 out of my bank account. I rang to cancel on 2nd of January the first chance I had after the bank holiday but they had already taken £59.99 from my account plus £1.99 earlier. Despite several phone calls and a letter I have been unable to get a refund. I tried to email easylife but the email was returned "undelivered". When you ring various numbers you only get through to a call centre who say they will pass the message on and get someone to ring but no one ever does.
