Lisa Alexander: 1/5 Stars 09/05/2019 Worse company I’ve ever experienced I ordered products early April & I am still awaiting delivery. I spend £60 on tanning products & still not received them. I’ve been in contact & the communication is very little. I demanded a refund but unfortunately not received one. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will be taking this further to the financial ombudsman as companies should not be allowed to take your money without sending out the goods. Bad all round. Do not order you’ll be losing your money. Skinny Tan has not yet responded. Alana Yeates: 1/5 Stars 21/08/2019 Miss alana yeates iv emailed them directly and got response of I would receive completely good as the tan I bought and complain about make my skin go grey and horrible iv used skinny for some time I will ever purchase from them again the customer service is absolutely shocking Skinny Tan has not yet responded. Beth Taggart: 1/5 Stars 01/05/2018 Where is my replacement items I ordered 3 cans of skinny tan. I complained the next day as it was faulty. Was asked to send back which I did by first class post the following day and now when I am emailing about my replacement products, the emails are being ignored. I have paid for these items and sent them back to you and I have no refund or replacement product? Cannot believe the amount of emails that have been completely ignored no matter who I send to or what department. Skinny Tan has not yet responded. Lorraine Moore: 1/5 Stars 08/08/2017 Damaged products I placed an order on 23 July order no: 232541. I had a note from Yodel to say it's in the back garden. After speaking to the courier, as I could not find it, he informed me that he placed it on the floor under my porch. (I do not have a porch) He says he did this quickly and scarpered as he realised I had a dog. The parcel was destroyed by my dog as it was not in a secure place. I contacted the courier who refused to take any responsibility and were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I contacted skinny tan and although polite have still made excuses and not sent me a replacement. I sent photos as requested by them of the damaged products. They agreed to send replacements. They said they are investigating and it is with the dispatch department. No one has got back to me, no one seems to have taken responsibility and I have not received my mystery gift (whatever that was) with my order. Skinny Tan has not yet responded. Gail Nicholson: 1/5 Stars 16/09/2016 Paid in full & order not received. Placed an order with Skinny Tan on 1st July. Received an email on 26th July to say it was being despatched. Received an email from courier on 26th July to say order was not being delivered as they had not received the goods to deliver. Numerous emails sent asking for information, no response. Sent a tweet on Twitter 17th August had an immediate responce from ST saying someone would contact me from Customer Services, which they did on 19th August saying they were looking into my order. Still no response. Emailed to ask for a refund - no responce. Re messaged through Twitter, no responce. Skinny Tan has not yet responded.
