Sosi West: 1/5 Stars 01/02/2020 Stolen from my bank I’ve never heard of this company before I’ve come to my bank and noticed the past 2 months I’ve had over £60 out of my account from them. What do I do to get it back Sterling Shield has not yet responded. Michael Baker: 1/5 Stars 15/11/2019 How to report this Hi all, I have contacted action fraud about my experience with this company. Similar to everyone here i was debited £28.75 without any authorisation or foreknowledge. I am unable to contact the company and have raised this with my bank and am awaiting a response. Please please take the time to visit action frauds website and report this. They act on behalf of the police and with enough information they can investigate the company legally and legitimately. You will also be provided with a crime reference number which could help with your bank issues but is not guaranteed. I hope this helps. Sterling Shield has not yet responded. J G: 1/5 Stars 09/01/2018 It's a fraud ! Have taken £28.75 without my knowledge, I have never heard of this company, never signed up for it or authorised any payments. I've called them and a guy (foreigner, with a very strong accent) said this is not refundable without any explanation or anything. This is FRAUD, they are thieves, people be careful !!!
