John Clayton: 1/5 Stars 10/04/2018 Communication. had boiler fitted fe 2018 tried emergency number.went to answer phone no reply. tried the office held in queue number 13vthen when it got to 9 cut off this went on for days. finally got through to a Mat Curry promised the earth made appointment for a visit. did not show up and no explanation. sent numerous emails no reply. I have not yet paid for the system and I am thinking of getting it taken out.. STL Heating & Energy has not yet responded. John Templeman: 1/5 Stars 11/04/2018 new boiler fail ure to provide hot water ST installed a new boiler in my house about 5 weeks ago. However the boiler has failed to produce hot water on two occasions. I am old age pensioner and I desperatlly require hot water. I left the hot water on all of Monday evening and all day of yesterday. Late yesterday evening it did eventually produce hot water. I phoned your company yesterday to report the fault. An engineer called back and left a message on my answer phone saying he would call again; but he did not. Although your company installed a Intergas boiler I had earlier expressed a preference foe the Worcester Bosch boiler I saw this mistake when I inspected the installation when the fitter had finished his work. I am asking you to replace the Intergas boiler with A WORCESTER BOSCH. Can you see to this as soon as possible, this will avoid me having to take further action. David Weare: 1/5 Stars 31/10/2018 Don’t sign until satisfied!!! New Boiler with supposed 10year warranty installed by an inexperienced engineer only on the job for 4 weeks. Mess left and system not even half flushed before leaving, before he left, he did not remove the cleanser. It took 3 weeks to arrange for the work to be completed... our only saving grace was not signing the satisfaction form for the finance to be released. Every call takes on average 30mins to get through.... and the emergency number !?! Well let’s just say I am glad it was not a gas leak! The response was “turn the boiler off and we will send someone out tomorrow” well no one came the next day. Customer service are rude and threatening. Still waiting on plastic covers for new radiator they installed, on 26th Sept. 31st Oct Update - just checked if the boiler was registered with Ideal for the Warranty (it was not)... and this boiler is not eligible for a 10year Warranty only for a 2year warranty??? STL Heating & Energy has not yet responded. Mark Burton: 1/5 Stars 07/08/2019 Dishonest company This company stl heating is re-emerging as another company as soon as they experience trouble. Installation of boiler was a nightmare and now they’ve voided my boiler service because they have changed there name leaving a lot of people unsatisfied. Do not deal with anything affiliated with slt Heating. STL Heating & Energy has not yet responded. John Sayer: 1/5 Stars 25/10/2017 central heating will not work,other than in auto mode my central heating will only work when it is set to auto mode.When i press boost for one hour of heating the flame icon shows on the roomstat and the yellow light comes on at the receiver but the boiler does not come on.I have watched all the links regarding the roomstat Mod No Neomitis RT7RF on the computer but have not been able to resolve the problem.When i move the slider down to Comfort mode the same thing happens. In the troubleshooting section if this happens i should contact the installer.I have phoned stl about this problem six times since monday 23rd October they said someone would ring me back but nobody has up to 1 o'clock Wednesday the 25th.
