Janet Beament: 1/5 Stars 10/01/2020 Agent recommended property which had known drug dealers there. Checked reviews for hotel and stated appts over mcdonalds known for drug dealers outside hotel. Pointed out risk to sunmaster cost 100 to change hotel. Customer service very bad. They recommended hotel i trusted their professionalism. Never again used them on several occasions on one booking they changed our hotel three times. Do not use this company who think it acceptable said its only a bit of cannabis. Sunmaster has not yet responded. Gemma Brady: 1/5 Stars 24/05/2019 NOT value for money poor service 103 · Booked holiday with them, I was told my original hotel choice with free child places was no longer available and other hotels didn’t have any free child places so booked alternative hotel which was obviously more expensive because no free child offers. later I was browsing and saw they had my original choice of hotel with plenty of rooms available still with free child spaces so I contacted them to amend booking to my original hotel choice but was told because it was an amendment they couldn’t offer me the free child places and they would charge me an extra £100 amendment charge so It would actually cost over £2000 more than my existing booking. Although I have ended up sticking with my second choice hotel lastminute.com had same dates, flights, hotel, room type and transfers for £1200 less so although I lost my £600 deposit I still saved £600 by cancelling and booking elsewhere Sunmaster has not yet responded. Sue Sephton: 1/5 Stars 05/10/2018 Keep away.. if you want to go on holiday. If i could mark as - I would. So we book our holiday for my 50th to Turkey for the 25th oct. Another member of our group had booked thru alpharooms, on the 20th Sept alpharooms told our Friends that the hotel we had booked was to close on the 7th oct, they had been given another hotel, so we call sunmaster to advise and that we can send over the email from alpharooms and the hotel they they had been moved to, so we said we can send over a copy of the email but they would not take this and said they had to check with there suppliers and would come back to us in 48hrs. We had to keep Phoning sunmaster for an up date. We kept advisi g that it was for my birthday and that my 15yr daughter was also going to this hotel. Then on the 28th sept they eventually they come and tell us that the hotel is closed and will come back with another hotel which was a grade below what we had booked and 20mins away from the hotel we needed to be in, so I explained yet again the situation and why we had to be In the same hotel, they came back saying that they do not deal with this hotel, which is funny because they show it on there web site.... So all they said was you will have to have a refund on the accommodation, while I was waiting 30mins for them to answer the phone, I phoned alpharooms and boomed the right hotel straight away. I WILL NEVER USE SUNMASTER AND THEY ADVERTISED SOMETHING THEY DO NOT HAVE. Sunmaster has not yet responded. Cristina Palade: 1/5 Stars 21/04/2018 prices on their website are not real I chose my holiday on their website, when an operator called me and put me on hold for more than 20 minutes and told me that the price is different , of course much higher. Zoe Bowditch: 1/5 Stars 20/01/2018 Not to be trusted so avoid! Recently contacted this company to book a holiday. I was informed by them that they would need to contact the accommodation I had requested, whilst I was left over 15 mins waiting for them to get back on a premium rate number. When he got back I was advised that there were no longer any 1 bedroom apartments at the property, only studio apartments, and was then quoted a much higher price than online, so I declined. Having then rang an alternative travel agent I was advised that not only were 1 bedroom apartments available here, but the price quoted was lower than Sunmaster quoted for a studio!
