Elisei Jeculescu: 1/5 Stars 24/10/2019 Bills and charges unfair I search on Google top 10 broadband in UK and I press the first link which it show me is BT ,this company they claim to be BT which they are not they trick you into thinking they are part of BT which they aren't,then they trick you into agreeing to a cancellation fee before you even get set up,the they threaten you with legal action and bombard you with text messages £435 for the cancellation and another £86 just for 2 weeks with wifi they charge me £25 on the phone on the date of 31July and the broadband arrive on 16 August and they start charge from 31 July as they said to me the contract is start from 31 July on 28 August they charge the first bill £61.80 which in a contract was 32.99 a month this company is a nightmare I try to call them as many times but they never answer i start send them email to cancelled the contract but they never reply after the email i try to call them again for a couple days and after one hour keep on the phone to spoke with someone i ask them what's the reason to charge me so much they said to me fee ,and the internet was the most worst it always goes down and in my room no even to show me the wifi available and they said to me the internet it work very good no one from the house was happy with this wifi and I cancelled and for the cancellation they push me to £435 this is the most worst thing it ever happened to me Supanet has not yet responded. Steven John: 1/5 Stars 29/10/2019 supanet lies lies lies Moving house phoned BT got a guy - he switched me to supanet - the guy from supanet told me they were part of BT but because I was moving house I had to take a new contract - they still said they were part of BT and I can keep same email - So gave them card number etc - the following week phoned BT to switch old telephone off -they didn't have any listing for my new address so BT looked up supanet they work from Cyprus - put a order in for BT then tried to cancel everything from supanet - a few days later they sent a router sent it back unopened guy came to do line sent him away - watch this space -to see if they try to get money - Steve Supanet has not yet responded. Chris McNeil: 1/5 Stars 22/06/2017 Should be formally investigated My dads partner rung them up with a number she found online after googling BT infinity. From the begining they posed as BT and talked about the package my father wanted which included the infinity hub, all the sports and movies ect. after agreeing they were sent a message telling them the installation date and mailed the router and tv boxes out. we assumed it was for the tech guy to come and install so we left them in the grey delivery bag. after no-one appearing on the installation date we looked at the boxes. no BT logo anywhere all there is are 3 Appy TV streaming boxes and a Smartrouter. after phoning up the provider and being on hold constantly and being transfered between people my dad is told he would have to pay over £200 to cancel the contract. this is utterly depressing him as he feels helpless. they posed as BT and missold him a package which made no mention of Appy TV or Supanet. They should not be allowed to operate and scam people like this. oh and their superfast internet? lets see im downloading a game update through steam and its.... yeah struggling to get past 16Kb/s. Lucy Fisher: 2/5 Stars 09/06/2017 Avoid Only 1 person in the house could use the internet otherwise it wouldn't work properly. I rung and told them this and they said I would need to update something, and to do this I would be in a fresh 12 month contract? Whenever i had to ring up I was always waiting on the phone for ages and the customer service wasn't good or polite. I cancelled my contract paid between £100-£160, then a little while later they said they want their equipment back or I would be charged £70 (for the router), that was fine but I was on holiday, so explained that they would get it but it would be a day or 2 late to which she rudely told me if it's late I'd still be charged £70.. Then a little while ago they rung and said I owed them more money, I told them that wasn't the case and they said they where going to close down the case. Money grabbers at your expense.
