The stuff is amazing, so helpful and if they don't have something in store I order online and get delivered for free in store! I use this store for the past 6 years now and I'm so happy with the service there! Thank you for being so nice and helpful! Alexandra Nicely: 1/5 Stars 28/05/2019 Contaminated baby food Visited camberwell store, butterfly walk, south east London. 14.5.19 purchased 3 packets of baby organix crisps as well as other items. To find chew holes in 2 out of 3 packets. Also found rodent droppings in base of superdrugs carrier bag. Tried to contact via tel number on receipt number not live. Sourced a alternative number online, consistently engaged. Emailed and I am still awaiting a reply via email. I Facebook messaged them and they replied on 28.5.19. They refunded £2 worth of points back onto my points card as an apology. I contacted local authority health and safety department. They visited store and confirmed rodent activity. They claim I have not emailed them. I am in contact with local authority to find out how this will be resolved as it was baby food products purchased, that is disgusting. And the lack of seriousness and acknowledgement in my complaint is just as bad. Esp from such a large company. Will only shop boots from now on. Disgusting Superdrug has not yet responded. Lorraine Yates: 1/5 Stars 11/06/2019 Missing item and taken payment I placed an order for the first time on line items never arrived I've emailed several times but NO ONE replied but they still took payment I'm disgusted that one one would sort this matter a week later Superdrug has not yet responded. Mark Waddington: 1/5 Stars 15/12/2018 Appalling customer service Website review. Paid for next day delivery, arrived three days later. Complained and was told they couldn't guarantee next day delivery because they're busy. Happy to let me pay for it though! No apology just a weak excuse. Requested refund of delivery charge and have been ignored ever since. Left review as follow up to experience and it was nixed for not meeting website guidelines. Superdrug has not yet responded. Rob Dick: 1/5 Stars 14/06/2018 Charged my debit card twice ! Recently on the 13/06/2018 I purchased a few items from Superdrug in Northwich that amounted to £5.49. I paid for this by debit card. When paying at the till, after a period of time the till rejected my card. The assistant then told me to try again and the transaction was succesful. I have now looked at my bank statements on line and it appears that I have been charged twice for the items. On reading the other similar complaints on this page it seems that Superdrug is pretty lax when this occurs ! Let this be a warning to others !
