They rob people
 
They take £65 out of my bank account monthly and I didn’t even know and they don’t even tel u and they just rob people like what did I even buy? NOTHING

You are calling me and I’m getting charged
 
You are repeadly calling my mobile for 00 seconds and I’m getting charged 8p a time. This looks like a deliberate attempt to get mobey off people’s mobile contracts by cutting the call before someone answers but you are still getting paid on it. I have evidence through my billing and I want my money back. Please tell me how you will refund me Thank you
