Emma Scott: 1/5 Stars 09/01/2020 Charged for texts sent to me A number from 82222 has been charging me per text since October without my knowledge. There is up to 11 per month making my phone bill 30 more a month than it should be Thanks emma Tap2Bill has not yet responded. Alan Fearnley: 1/5 Stars 20/05/2019 Unwanted texts I received 3 premium texts in May for this service costing a total of £13.50. I was not aware that these texts had arrived as they did not show up on my phone. My mobile phone supplier was unaware that these texts had happened so I need to pay personally Tap2Bill has not yet responded. Over the last 2 months I have been charged 25 pounds and I didnt ask to join it. I demand my money back ASAP. Or I will be going to the PSA. Tap2Bill has not yet responded. G G: 1/5 Stars 22/08/2019 Being charged for a service we never subscribed to Same story as most people on here. We are being charged £8 per month from this dubious company for daily texts to one of our phones with a service we never subscribed to. Your guidance says not to use words like "Fraud" and "Con Merchants" so I will stop short of saying that, and just say that this company seem morally dubious. We would like a refund of the money taken from us if Tap2bill would like to discuss Tap2Bill has not yet responded. Graham Scott: 1/5 Stars 24/09/2019 Mysterious Charges I have received my phone bill and unbeknown to myself i have four charges of £3.75 on last months bill and a further 2 on this months current bill. I phoned O2 my provider who told me how to stop these but i have no idea how to get a refund for services i have never had or want. Tap2Bill has not yet responded.
