Liam Noonan: 1/5 Stars 17/11/2018 Teleflorist. Awful service Teleflorist in Ireland. Please avoid, was unable to find the address given so dumped the flowers at a local shop without notifying myself or the recipient. When questioned on this didn’t come up with a reason and just tried to fob me off. AVOID. Teleflorist has not yet responded. Adrian Sowa: 1/5 Stars 25/02/2019 Terrible company Do not order from this company. My flowers arrived in horrible state and I was too ashamed to give them as valentines gift. Contacted customer service and they are completely useless. No help from them whatsoever and it takes ages for them to even reply. Worst flower company in UK Teleflorist has not yet responded. Kerri Rowling: 1/5 Stars 18/12/2017 Flowers not received I ordered flowers to be delivered on my sisters birthday, 8th December. She was not home so a card was put through her door, this card did not state that the delivery was flowers. My sister assumed it was a parcel, she has only had time today to go and collect. She was handed a dead bouquet of flowers. This was so embarrassing for me and upsetting for us both. I phoned customer services who stated, they were delivered on the day I requested so they could not offer me anything! I assumed they had been delivered because i received an email from Teleflorist on 9th December asking for a review on their service. Teleflorist has not yet responded. Amelia Hammond: 1/5 Stars 22/10/2016 Delivered on wrong day Placed order on 12th Oct for delivery on 31st October for my sister's 70th birthday . Flowers were delivered on 17th October. Completely ruined the occasion, particularly as the family cannot be with her to share the day. Feel upset as the flowers will not even last until the actual day. Requested refund from Teleflorist but so far they have told me they are investigating problem with florist. As my contract was with Teleflorist I fail to see why My claim is reliant on their sub-contractor. Teleflorist has not yet responded. Sara Carberry: 1/5 Stars 16/06/2016 Dead flowers delivered I ordered some flowers from Teleflorist for my friend who had lost a loved one. The bouquet on the website looked beautiful. The flowers arrived DEAD. My friend was very upset by receiving dead flowers! I emailed the company and they argued about it and said the flowers just needed some attention. I sent them a photo to prove the state they were in. They said wait 48 hours and then take a photo, by whic time they will have revived. I explained my friend had thrown them away by that time! Why would we keep dead flowers?? She was upset enough as it was without this awful company reminding her of death. They replied and said they can't help me then! Teleflorist has not yet responded.
