Your The Guinness Partnership Reviews
Hollie Colenutt: 1/5 Stars 01/08/2019 Singled Out We are having back and forth conversations with Guinness about our business vehicle being parked outside our home in our parking space. They have told us that no business vehicle is allowed in the estate and they are contacting our mortgage consultants to take the house from us due to this. However there are plenty other vehicles in the estate related to businesses. Which are just abandoned and not properly parked. We are being singled out. The Guinness Partnership has not yet responded. Carl Miranda: 1/5 Stars 08/11/2017 Landlord From Hell In my many dealings with this landlord, I've had literally NOTHING resolved. Whether it was a request for repairs, to tackle a persistent ASBOS issue, to send me proof of residency, etc. They are a JOKE! Value for money? ZERO! The Guinness Partnership has not yet responded. Saeed S.Cazemie: 1/5 Stars 09/09/2017 Worst customer service ever I am going to separate my bitter experience with this company to 4 very bad experiences, 1- some of flats have designated parking space within the complex. the partnership transfers our rights to manage our own parking spaces to a company called TSP. this company issues some blue badges to be displayed on car's windscreen but we are charged £18.00 to purchase the badges which were obligatory. then if we have a second car and parking in the same parking space without a badge they turn up straight away and give you a £60.00 fine for parking in your own parking space. So my wife parked our 2nd car in parking space until I arrive after 1hr and half and we found a penalty ticket. I called TSP line and explained that it was our own car and they said no worries they would discard the charges. I even asked should they request my log book or anything but they said not necessary. after 1 month I receive a letter saying it raised to £100 as I failed to pay. they no worries they scrap that. after a few weeks after I received another letter but this time from their collection company saying they fee gone upto £160.00. I call the collection company and they weren't willing to listen. two teen agers answering the phone in turns and kept we've got photos and etc. then hang up. I wrote complaint to collection company and somebody called james (no surname) claimed that he called TSP: and they confirmed that the fee was payable. I called TSP and spoke to coordinator called Sarah she confirmed that nobody called them. in the end I called Guiness partnership and spoke to customer officer called Thelma and she promised they would look into this and ring in 24 to 48 hrs but no body called me. for 4 weeks whenever I call they promise to call but no calls received. in the end I called and refused to go off line and in the end Thelma said she called me this morning and told me it has nothing to do with Guinness partnership. I said how come? you put them in chrge so you have to have some saying in their actions. she said no then she hung up on me. I called back again and spoke to velma rose and she said they were not really sure what my flat ownership covers or not. and they're waiting for some confirmation from their solicitor for last month. but in the they were not taking any responsibility. this was totally out of order. 2- Guinness partnership sent us a letter a month ago saying the management charges would increase to £250.00 pm within a few months which was a total rip off as it is almost equal to rent of a room in some areas and in Stockport we have to pay service of £250.00. 3- our cages under the building were burgled twice within last 4 years and the management was not able to provide any CCTV footage on both occasions, but they are charging us CCTV maintenance every month while when it's needed the camera was not operating that night. this makes you wander does it operate anyway 4- we are charged £135.00 every month for service charge but end of every year they send us a letter asking us to pay an extra £150.00 claiming we were down charged. why? The Guinness Partnership has not yet responded. Tao Pandy: 1/5 Stars 27/07/2017 Worst Landlord They are an extreme joke. Don't follow their own ASB procedures, the staff are given free reign to decide whether to help people based on their personal feelings. No Management involvement so they are extremely unhelpful and incompetent when you raise a complaint. Rude members of staff accusing victims of abuse and harassment of being liars. Would not recommend to use!! The Guinness Partnership has not yet responded. CLICK HERE: You could save up to £497 on your energy bills by switching your supplier| COMPARE ENERGY QUOTES NOW |

Mrs Jo Swain: 1/5 Stars 27/09/2015 deliberatly noisy neighbours the neighbour directly above us: deliberately bangs and thumps on the floor, slams his doors shut so hard that the whole building shakes making my lamp shades swing in the process (and this only the beginning of his noise!).This goes on all day and all night, ensuring we cannot sleep and rest. My wife drives 130 round trip miles a day to and from work, does a 12-hour shift between these trips - our lives are at risk because we cannot rest to go to work!
