Christine Cave: 1/5 Stars 13/06/2018 Bracelet I wonder if you can help me please ? My husband bought 2lovely bracelets for part of my Xmas pressie 2yrs ago ( 2016) 1-Rose Quartz , the other shades of blues ,grey & cream pearls with a lovely silver little heart clipped on , The blue one I wear a lot , so when Inwas out last September it broke ! Spilling beads all over my car floor ,so I actually had them all ! I took it to our local jewellers in our village where they charged me £10 to re string it , Well I have only worn it a few times since & it’s gone loose ,so much so it falls off !! I really don’t want to pay another £10 but love my bracelet any ideas please Thankyou . Thomas Sabo has not yet responded. Amy Atkinson: 1/5 Stars 31/12/2015 Adjustments price I have recently received a gift that is an engraved silver bar, black beaded bracelet from a friend. My friend has had the bracelet made too small for my hand. The bracelet itself cost her £89. I have moments ago spoken to a Thomas Sabo customer service representative, who has informed me that to extend the bracelet it would cost me at least £22.50 or a maximum of £34.50 to extend it (bear in mind that this is a simple job of swapping the wire and adding a few extra beads which at most would cost 5p each). I think that this is such poor form on Thomas Sabo's behalf and would like this problem sorted without a ridiculous and extortionate fee attached. Thomas Sabo make enough money on their over the top expensive jewellery that they can afford to take care of their customers properly and provide a decent service. Rajat Roy: 1/5 Stars 28/02/2017 Product Quality Hello, I bought a ring for my wife on 6th dec 2016 from Thomas Sabo Westfield London store for our anniversary present . when she received the product duringour holiday outside uk in dec 2016 the ring was too big for her so we decided to keep it so that we can exchange. on return to UK in february 2017 we visited the store but the Manager of the store said she cannot do anything which as it was not within the 28day period and also the product was dirty and discoloured. we couldn't believe that because the product was in the box all the time so the 28 day period we could understand and was hoping to get the product resized but discolouration meant the product was faulty and as a consumer i had the right to complain. The lady was quiet arrogant and showed how glossy their products are and we were probably lying. but since then within 5 min i googled up and this discolouration of product is something very common with Thomas Sabo products. Me and my wife are totally upset by the store manager dealt with us and now we are hoping that what options we have if the actual product is faulty but we are outside the 28 day return policy. thanks. Norma MacDonald: 1/5 Stars 24/05/2016 Thomas Sabo Silver Charm Bracelet My husband purchased a Thomas Sabo Silver Charm Bracelet and charm for me Within a couple of weeks the bracelet discoloured, as did the charm. I went to a Thomas Sabo shop, they tried cleaning it and again it didn't make much difference. I told them that I wanted to buy new charms but because the bracelet was now discoloured there was no point. Very reluctantly they said they would send it away to get work done on it to bring it back to new. I had to wait 5 weeks to get my bracelet back, which I think is totally unacceptable. When the bracelet came back, it was like new. I then bought another charm, and guess what? within another couple of weeks the bracelet and charm were discoloured. These bracelets and charms are not cheap and I would like to know why these bracelets and charms discolour in such a short space of time and also why they cannot be cleaned to look shiny and new. I look forward to hearing from you. Thomas Sabo has not yet responded. CLICK HERE: You could save up to £497 on your energy bills by switching your supplier| COMPARE ENERGY QUOTES NOW |

Sara Bishop: 1/5 Stars 29/12/2016 Insulted by customer service agent I went into the Thomas sabo shop bull ring Birmingham to purchase a £395.00 watch (ladies 40mm). I asked the lady about a watch I had seen in another shop but not a Thomas sabo shop. I also showed her a picture of watch, she showed me a smaller watch which was not the same so I showed her the one on the Thomas sabo web site and advised I wanted a 40mm one. The assistant said ' I think you are a little bit old for that watch' I do not class 45 old. At this point I walked out the shop and felt terrible, infact I just returned home and did not continue with my shipping. I want to know hat steps I can take to take this matter further Thomas Sabo has not yet responded. CLICK HERE: Compare the cheapest insurance quotes | Save money on your insurance bills |
