Ordered fence panels received precisely : No order confirmation No delivery date No invoice No "warranty" info for the guarantee on the panels No call to say they were being delivered No reply to calls or emails They delivered more than was ordered and refused to refund for the extra ones they sent. Had to pursue them through credit card Sale Of Goods Act rights Timber Fence Panels UK has not yet responded. John Burnage: 1/5 Stars 12/02/2018 Avoid at all cost! ordered concrete posts and was told that it would be delivered withing 5-7 working days. I rang company and askedfor it specifically 2 weeks later. On the day of the delivery i rang to check delivery time, i was told that there was no drivers and had to wait till the next day. The next day i was told it was on its way but would come in the evening. Then i was told that it was taken my courior but they did not know which company or have a reference. They claimed they only deal with fence panels and concrete isnt their thing. Also it was oto much to deliver as i was in london. They stopped taking my phone calls and i have to take legal action to get a refund which still took 2 weeks to return to me JOKE COMPANY AVOID!!!! Timber Fence Panels UK has not yet responded.
