Janine Hampton: 1/5 Stars 22/05/2019 Shocking Service Disgusted with the service. Ordered 2 tshirts for a gig at the weekend, paid extra for next day delivery. 3 days later I've logged on to see where the order is.. 1 tshirt hasnt even been shipped yet and the other isn't in stock! No contact from TM Stores to explain this even after emailing them! To cancel the order you have to request to cancel it, happy enough to take payment instantly but you have to fight to get it back! TM Stores has not yet responded. Paris Jones: 1/5 Stars 23/05/2018 Wrong item sent I ordered a Aston Merrigold hoody . And received a tee shirt instead. Vaughan Lewis: 1/5 Stars 19/10/2016 Refusal to deliver an order. I pre ordered signed copies of a new CD and Record from this company on 2nd July 2016 for a release by a band called "White Lies" on 7th October by which time they should have been delivered. I gave my postal address to the company and as far as I knew I had never dealt with them before. However, when I complained I never got an apology and eventually it came to light that they had used an old address from an account I had with Townsend Records. I had no idea there was a connection and do not think it right that they should use an address from a sister company (especially since I gave a postal address). Surely that infringes the data protection act. They still haven't apologised and they refuse to accept the mistake or deliver the items unless I pay them an additional £5 which I refuse to do on principal. I ordered the items and paid three months in advance in order to receive the items on the day of release. TM Stores have been unsympathetic, unhelpful and discourteous throughout. I have now had to ask for a refund and I am bitterly disappointed and appalled at the way they have treated me. Can you help please? TM Stores has not yet responded.
