Kim Morrow: 1/5 Stars 28/08/2019 They promise to get your money back all a lie Joined club they get your checking account number, and they take your money even after you cancel. Called my bank told them about the scam they put a chargeback to me. Trim down club got back with me after that promised free everything if stopped charge back and give me my money in two or three days. Big fat lie, Emailed again back in June said August 1I would get my money , Another big fat lie. Don not join will not get your money back Trim Down Club responded on 23/09/2019: Hi Kim, I’ve just been notified of your review and wanted to get back to you as soon as possible. First and foremost, I apologize that your time with Trim Down Club wasn’t what either of us had hoped for. Kathie Steffke: 1/5 Stars 22/05/2019 Refund Not even sure how I was charged for this. Went to web site after seeing charge in my bank account to contact customer service. No phone number listed or a way to cancel said subscription. I want a refund. Trim Down Club responded on 06/11/2019: Hi Kathie, I am sorry if you didn't enjoy our program, and I want to help you receive your refund if you haven't already. Nancy McInnis: 1/5 Stars 28/08/2019 Don’t sign up for TRIM Down Club!! If you’re thinking about signing up for Trim Down Club, DONT!!!! When you want to cancel, they have NO phone number and if you get online to cancel, you’re charged $37. To cancel . Ripoff !! Trim Down Club responded on 23/09/2019: Hi Nancy, First of all, I apologize that your time with Trim Down Club wasn’t what either of us had hoped for. Amelia Giles: 1/5 Stars 16/01/2018 Not Able To Cancel Membership I have been attempting to cancel my membership; however, I only got emails offering me other products. I first tried to cancel a month ago, but today I was charged yet another monthly fee. I find this unacceptable. Trim Down Club responded on 17/01/2018: Hi Amelia, very sorry to hear about your attempts to cancel your membership. I just checked our system and see that your recent payment was already fully refunded and that your subscription was also cancelled.
