Kamil Rak: 1/5 Stars 05/07/2019 I bought 4 tyres on one of them i saw the bulp 4 brand new toyo tyres and one has got bulp I bought 4 new toyo tyres 3 off them has got yellow stamp witch is mean they pass quality check one is without and on this one is bulp accidental? Im sure is not and you can not contact with them do not bay anythink from this web site Tyre Leader has not yet responded. Terry O Callaghan: 1/5 Stars 28/11/2016 No customer service.No phone number. No email address After reading reviews i went ahead ordered and paid for 4 tyres. I received one email from them confirming payment was received. I have not received further information regarding dispatch time.. Delivery time. No tracking numbers.. which they say are given once payment is received. I have sent several emails through their ticketing system . still no information when i will receive my tyres. There is no phone number.. No direct email address. There is no customer service. Be warned !!! I will update review when situation changes Tyre Leader has not yet responded. Dan Groves: 1/5 Stars 26/01/2015 Shocking Customer Service Do not buy from this company as if you need any customer service you won't get it - you will however be incredibly frustrated with the formulaic repeated responses....... one of my tyres started bulging at the sidewall less that 100 miles after fitment - multiple professionals looked and declared it a fault delaminating sidewall......TyreLeader will not replace the tyre and have no interest in assisting - my efforts to speak to a humanoid have failed on multiple occasions.....all this for a £65 tyre........truly bad!! Colin Bine: 1/5 Stars 19/01/2015 Worst Customer Service in the world Bought a set of 4 tyres for my Maserati. I mistakenly ordered the wrong rare tyres. TyreLeader picked up the two wrong Tyres at a cost of £50 s a month ago and all attempts to get my refund have stalled. You can't reach them by phone. All emails are ignored. When they bother to respond they tell me that they are checking to see if the tyres were returned or not. One whole month to check the warehouse. DISGRACEFUL. Trying to save £20 with this company is resulting in me nearly losing £300. This company has no phone number. A company with a phone in this day and age is dodgy! Tyre Leader has not yet responded.
