Anastasija Vojevodko: 1/5 Stars 30/12/2017 Missing items - refused refund Placed an order. The food was cold, but most importantly there were several items missing. Tried to order re-delivery, the app would not let me. Send a complaint and got offered a promotion on next delivery?! After asking to refund me just for the missing items instead of giving me a promo for the same amount I got told that it is not possible. Now I don't even want to use the app at all as I get refused a simple refund, not even for the whole order, the items missing and instead being forced into ordering with them again in order to get the money back from a mistake with no guarantees this will not happen again. I do not want a promo every time there are items missing in an order. At this point I simply require a refund. Would not recommend UberEats to anyone just for the poor customer service during a complaint. UberEats has not yet responded. Ash Upton: 1/5 Stars 02/12/2018 Location 1.2 miles away So with my mcdonald's advertising delivering locally, i live 1.2 miles away, however when i do want to order food i cannot because UberEats decreases the radius it can deliver, 1.2 MILES AWAY? literally everytime i go to order food i can never seem to order it, i wish they would sort this out. Sammy Jeffrey: 1/5 Stars 05/12/2018 Mcdonalds i got a mcdonalds from uber eats the 5th of december and when it arrived the driver gave me the juice back and the handle was snapped of it and he didnt let me know and when i took it the juice came out the bag and went all over the food the driver seen it happen and didnt say nothing just went a way i contacted uber eats and they told me a cant get a refund and i paid 15.44 for it if i dont get my money back then its going to be a police matter UberEats has not yet responded. Jayne Dunn: 1/5 Stars 10/04/2019 Terrible Customer Service We ordered a decent size order from UberEats. We are staying at a hotel. The delivery driver saw a message we sent telling our room number, as was seen by the read receipt, then ignored us and canceled our order. He didn’t attempt to drop it at the desk and all UberEats associated refused to help us or reimburse us. We were hung up on and no one even cares. UberEats has not yet responded. Lanta Mayhew: 1/5 Stars 11/05/2019 Do not order from ubereats Uber eats is actually ridiculous. I ordered food at 9:10 and it did not turn up till 11:00 and the restaurant was 10 minutes away from my house. It was a joke. Ubereats are not efficient, all they could do is apologise I asked whi it took them so long. They could not justify it. The food was so cold by then. Do not order from them. You might as well go to the restaurant or pick it up your self. It saves you money, it would be warm and on time. I actually hate ubereats. Terrible delivery, terrible customer service and wouldn't even give me a refund when my food was freezing because of their delivery times.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UberEats has not yet responded.
