Sophie Johnstone: 5/5 Stars 21/06/2019 Excellent I have bought this for my twin grandsons as a joint 7th Bday present. Although it has not yet been unpacked I cannot fault the ease of purchasing this product.I phoned regarding delivery and your customer service department is excellent. The delivery company were again very prompt and helpful. All round a very good experience and would recommend Arabella Taylor: 5/5 Stars 14/09/2019 Brilliant service value for money Extreemly positive experiance, their staff when calling are always really helpful. Before I purchased I was unsure and only a call into them helped answer my questions so I could be sure I was buying the right one. I thought my item was broken so when I called up I wasnt sure what to expect, it turned out that it was me not using the safety key correctly but they again were really helpfully double checking everything with me. I am a strong believer that many the keyboard warriors out there leaving negative reviews don't offer a realistic view of a company and positive experiences more often than not go in recognised. Ian Gray: 1/5 Stars 10/05/2018 Broken seat on Hillman golf buggy I bought the buggy June 2017 last week the seat broke and as it was under warranty I phoned the company to see what could be done. I was asked to send photos which I did after a lot of email back and forth ,I was told force must have been used and they will not repair under warranty I was told I had two options. 1/send it back and they will fix it for a fee 2/ fix it yourself I have asked for a manager to phone me and discuss the problem but he is never available. I don’t think the Customers Service for the company is not very good. Any correspondence with them now is being ignored.Can you help? Ian Gray UK Sport Imports has not yet responded. Rhonda McIlroy: 1/5 Stars 30/06/2017 Incomplete Trampoline Order 14ft trampoline and full enclosure ordered early May 2017. The frame, two sets of legs arrived, one bounce mat and no enclosure. I contacted the company who were to send the full enclosure. I assembled the frame and tried to hook in the bounce mat to find that the wrong size mat was sent (too big) only 88 holes in the frame but a mat containing 96 loops. I contacted the company again asking the whereabouts of the full enclosure and informed them of the incorrect bounce mat, was then informed bounce mat was available but the full enclosed was still out of stock. 30/06/2017 still no bounce mat or enclosure has been sent.
