Susan Duce: 1/5 Stars 26/04/2019 Totally ripped off I returned my item and still not had a refund I was only supposed to pay postage yet I have had large amounts taken from my account. My bank fraud line has stopped my card so no further money is taken out and are perusing this. Ultra Supplements has not yet responded. Joanna Phillips: 1/5 Stars 07/09/2019 Had money taken from my account unauthorised I have has 2 unauthorised payments taken from my account. FREE POSTAGE is a scam DO NOT DO what i did i have has an £85 and £89 payment taken reported to bank and police Ultra Supplements has not yet responded. They don't print their address as in reviews slot of unhappy people threatening legal action over money taken from account s without consent.STAY CLEAR Ultra Supplements has not yet responded. Sheela Honiss: 1/5 Stars 06/10/2016 They have sent me a letter via solicitors for an amount of £89 Last year I saw their ad on the Internet for ketone slimming tabs. The trial offer required just £5 for postage which I provided my debit card details. To my horror they took £90 from my account. I emailed them I was not happy about this they advised me to send back the products and but they could only refund back £35. As I had not sent the products back before the end of trial offer. Now a year on they have sent me a solicitors letter Goldman Reeves stating amount due £89 . I called GOldman Reeves it's all automated and impossible to speak to anybody but they clearly state how to make payments to them. This company is a scam and is all over the Internet.
