Charles Lewis: 1/5 Stars 17/11/2019 Hotel not what was advertised on safari Have contacted them direct but to avail Voyage Privé has not yet responded. Sandra Pelling: 1/5 Stars 31/05/2019 Dreadful, unhelpful company Booked a holiday in May. A few weeks before were told the hotel, Sea Side Resort (SSR) was overbooked and we would be moved to another hotel, Out of the Blue (OB). Never received any paperwork even though we chased continuously until we left. On arrival in Crete, was told by transfer company that we were going to OB. When we got there they had no booking for us so we got a taxi, at our own expense to SSR and stayed in a fairly empty hotel. Equally we had no transfer back to the airport as this had been arranged to pick us up from OB. We contacted VP and have heard nothing from them. We were eventually assisted by a lovely rep from Tui. Andrew Miller: 1/5 Stars 05/07/2019 Terrible Company I booked a hotel Mr & Mrs White in Corfu Town. Following my booking I went online to book a private transfer from the airport to the hotel only to find it was 45 mins drive from Corfu town. I called Voyage Privé customer service team who put me on hold & then told me I could cancel online for £220 !!! I explained again it was falsely advertised as it clearly said on the heading it was in Corfu town & even had pictures of Corfu town on the website pictures & was told the same thing to cancel on the website. I then asked to speak to a manager & was told one was not in. I then asked for one to call me back as I wanted a full refund but one never bothered to call. I then put my complaint on messenger that was read & no one replied. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FAR FROM PROFESSIONAL.... I am now contacting ABTA. Voyage Privé has not yet responded. Wim Mathues: 1/5 Stars 17/09/2018 Reservation got lost - terrible company Worst company in the world! Zero client experience and overall incompetence! Avoid at all cost if you expect to have the room you paid for, airport transfers that arrive in time, and enjoy strong communication. It’s way more efficient and comfortable to book everything yourself, and bypass voyage privé! Terrible organization! Voyage Privé has not yet responded.
