Stephanie Ashcroft: 1/5 Stars 04/07/2019 Returns are a farce Bought shoes we not suitable so as per the delivery note returned to store only to be told they don't accept shoe returns anymore This is not mentioned when ordering the product or on the delivery note You can only return to 'stand alone' store of which there are no local only Outfit Wallis expect customers to be mind readers and queue in the post office because they obviously don't want to be bothered receiving them in store Wallis has not yet responded. Marie Shapland: 1/5 Stars 04/06/2018 No refund Green paisley maxi dress ordered on 14th May paid for next day delivery. Arrived three days later 18th May. Returned next day 19th May via Hermes, no confirmation of having received return, or refund made amounting to £57.95 . Tried ringing customer service just get message no taking calls. Tasleam Akhtar: 1/5 Stars 27/02/2018 Refund Issue Hi, I rang Wallis Customer Services a week ago and someone was supposed to get back to me but no-one did which was infuriating. Wallis refunded me incorrectly for a coat that I returned with a £45 difference so I would like that refund going in my bank please. Order number: 366708451 Amount that should have been refunded: £75 Amount that has been refunded: £30 They said on the phone that I will contacted within the next 24 hours to confirm that I have received the remaining refund but have heard nothing and still haven’t received the refund. Lisa Thorne: 1/5 Stars 13/01/2017 Service - appalling Where do I start - no service or customer service no contact to emails only pathetic automated replies no details of delivery- complete shambles - quick enough to take money ! I ordered item on 20 December a Christmas present - on 27 December email to say parcel dispatched and to wait until item delivered to collection point. Waited n waited sent several emails asking when able to collect? Eventually was emailed on to say item in store and had been since 27 December ! Why was I not notified ! I'm absolutely disgusted and appalled - Cannot even make review on line - I wonder why? Wallis has not yet responded.
