Michelle Drury: 1/5 Stars 29/12/2017 Wouldn't give me a refund I went yesterday and brought a ring for my partner well come home was happy and then when my partner tried it on we come to realise he was allergic so was no good so I thought in this stone age you could take it back for a full refund as long as it's not ear rings or been damaged in anyway !!! Well no I paided cash and there saying I can't get a full refund for my item to either keep the ring or exchange or a voucher!!!! Did I pay with a voucher no I paided cash so I expected my cash back it's wrong what kid of company don't do a refund so now I'm stuck with a pointless £50 ring and no present for my partner so merry Xmas to us would never recommend this company either they need to change this rule or close down it's not fair in any way it feels like iv just been robbed on the street from a company we should all trust but we can’t!! Warren James has not yet responded. Steve Clowes: 1/5 Stars 21/05/2019 Wrong item no reply We have been trying to get in touch with someone to help us with our issue the ring thatcame on Friday was the wrong one.We had one email on the Friday and have had no reply since about us exchanging the ring. It’s only 2 weeks away till our blessing and nothing has been sorted at the minute very disappointed and concerned that we will not get the correct ring in time. Warren James has not yet responded. Catherine Horgan: 1/5 Stars 14/07/2019 Broken necklace I bought a necklace from Swindon store, wore it on for a week and its broken, I took it back and just to be told it have stretched from 18inches to 19 and half inches and all they can do was to repair for £8,I went to another jewellery and they told me can't repair for me because Warren James necklace are poor quality and its going to break again and about the stretched inches can't happen might be problem with the factory manufacturing ,went back to the shop just to be told that they measure everything which comes in the shop, I was fuming,have been a good customer at Warren James but not anymore Warren James has not yet responded. Becky Bushell: 1/5 Stars 06/01/2019 Appalling engagement ring useless after 2 years!!!! My hubby bought my white gold engagement ring 2 years ago from Warren James in Luton. It has lost it's colour and the band has thinned considerably at the back! Took it into store today and was asked if I wear it every day , well obviously it is an engagement ring! Was told that I can't expect it to last forever. I then asked if they consider it acceptable for an engagement ring to last just 2 years. She replied 'Warren James have the highest quality finishings' well clearly not. I asked for head office number and was given the citizen's advice bureau number! I am unable to find any phone number or complaints procedure online either!!!Just appalling will never buy from them again. I am contacting consumer rights!!!!! Warren James has not yet responded.
