Mark Hurley: 1/5 Stars 26/04/2018 Wickes delivery Disgusting service my Delivery did not turn up yesterday after i took a day off work after four phone calls later still non the wiser as when ill be getting my goods another day off work today still no delivery time or date… Wickes has not yet responded. Robert Bullen-Spicer: 1/5 Stars 06/11/2017 Never again We've had an appalling story of incompetence from Wickes which they have been reluctant to put right in a satisfactory way. The result of this is we have been put to great inconvenience taking time off work to sort things out and have even had to keep our builder on for longer than we needed to. ROY: 1/5 Stars 25/04/2016 still cant go on line to WICKES STORE I PHONED UP WICKES CUSTOMER SERVICE IN RAYLEIGH COMPLAINING ABOUT THE WEB SITE . THEY CANT TELL ME WHEN THEY ARE GOING BACK ON LINE. I ASKED THEM FOR A PRICE ON SOME ITEMS AGAIN I WAS TOLD BY A LADY CANT GIVE THAT AS WEBSITE IS DOWN. I THEN ASKED IS IT FREE DELIVERY OVER £50 OF ORDER AGAIN SHE SAID CANT GIVE THAT INFORM/ I SAID CAN YOU GET ME THE PRICE OVER THE PHONE WITH ANOTHER STORE SHE SAID NO YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTILL WE ARE BACK ON LINE. Ved Gupta: 1/5 Stars 02/11/2015 21 Tile boxes supplied 3 boxes different size in delivery My fitters deserve some compensation for the time lost. They had to stop the work earlier. I had to return and collect the replaced boxes. Person at the till was hesitant to call the menager. Eventally he did call. Wickes has not yet responded.
