P Snelson 03/04/2021 Waited in for XPD delivery let us know at last minute there was an exception??? Haven’t heard from them despite trying to contact them. Went back to wayfare. Just they would look into it. Nothing since 4 days past delivery due date. Where are my £400 worth of goods. Disgusted useless delivery company Lyndsay Saunders: 1/5 Stars 17/04/2019 Parcels never arrived Order placed on 31/03/18 and still waiting on 2 items. 1st parcel had been booked in for 2 separate delivery days, first day no show, depot claimed I hadn't confirmed delivery when I had. 2nd delivery date, booked and confirmed by depot- another no show. No communication from depot, tried to email and no response. Tracking not updated, not even been scanned for delivery. They've had this parcel for 13 days now. 2nd parcel hasn't even been collected yet and that was 6 days ago. XDP Express has not yet responded. Charlotte Percival: 1/5 Stars 19/04/2019 2 delivery dates but still no attempted delivery! Still waiting for delivery after 2 promised delivery dates and times. My item has been sat less than 10 miles from my home address. Originally should have arrived on the 16th but had 'exception' fail, emailed and was told it was out for delivery on the 18th (around 4pm after waiting ALL day) only to then find out on the 18th it had in fact been taken off that day's delivery but advised someone was working Good Friday and we were delivery number 20 so should be with me around 2pm. Tracking stated 1-3pm and guess what still no delivery!!!! I was told my 'express' delivery had to give way to overnight freight, my issue is that everyday there will be new 'over night freight' so will my delivery ever happen if other deliveries take priority??? Asked if i could collect my item and was given a phone number which when phoned told me i cant leave a message and to email instead! What an absolute joke.Im so annoyed now that as soon as Aldi are open im going to cancel my order but only after letting XDP attempt delivery, then they can have the expense of returning it! See how they like being messed around!!!!! They claim they are 'built a reputation for reliability and quality of service' quoted direct from their website. Ray Houston: 1/5 Stars 05/07/2019 XDP- EXPRESS DELIVERY FAILURE DELIVERY - supplier delivery to depo on 3/07/19 at 7.17am for delivery that day .I waited 30mins for customer service to answer phone to be told she would check depo and phone back still waiting (5/07/19).Phoned after checking tracking link said still at depo on the 4/07/19 went onto web site live chat (16 in queue) waited said it would be sent asap .Check with tracker link again said it would come on the 5/07/19 at 11:00 - 1:00pm again phoned to be told still at depo and might be on van for Saturday .Surely a company as big as this is should be able to do something without breaking a contract of agreement ?????????? XDP Express has not yet responded. Ana Cunha: 1/5 Stars 02/08/2019 Parcel not received I was abroad when this courier company came to deliver my parcel. They didn't leave any card inform with whom they left my parcel. When I return to UK I start a battle trying to call to XDP but sometimes the numbers don't work, others they simply don't pick up the phone and they treat the customer poorly. I ask a proof to sent to Ebay to be refunded and even this they didn't make it right. I think that they should change the policies about leaving our items to our neighbours without our permission. They do this to make their lives easier to don't come back again. They also should ask to the customer to provide ID to make sure that is the person or at least take their names and an ID number with their signature. That's why some couriers are starting taking customers values because they simply sign on customer behalf or even some neighbour and then it will be difficult to prove that the real owner didn't receive the parcel. It was the best experience that I ever had with a courier company. I'm still trying everything to prove that I don't have my parcel to get my money back from Ebay and it is so difficult to call to XDP because even the email for complaints don't work and the number that I call they didn't help me to investigate what happen and sorted out. Stacey Stamp: 1/5 Stars 30/08/2019 Driver stolen goods Ordered a bed from ebay. Seller sent out bed with dps express, driver forged my signature and stole bed, company refusing to refund me, taken issues up with the police for theft and fraud now 105 down..
