Betty May: 1/5 Stars 22/12/2018 Terrible... terrible. So this is the end of the Yours saga. 23 October. Place order for clothes online. Receive dispatch notice. 27 October. Get told items NOT shipped. Company wants an extra $90. 27 Oct to 2 Nov. Discussion with company about postage costs. 3 November. Request details to pay extra for postage. 5 November. Have heard no response. Request details to pay extra for postage again. 6 November, 3am. Receive payment details. 7 November, 12pm. Make payment for shipping. 7 November, 11pm. Yours Clothing CANCELS my order. 8 Nov. Receive confirmation order shipped. 17 Nov. Recieve email saying all items out of stock. Contact yours requesting clarification. 18 Nov. More apologies. Item hasnt been shipped as informed. Item shipped yesterday. 20 Nov. Receive parcel. Open to check items all there. 3 items not shipped. Note inside informing a refund has been processed. No refund had been processed. Assume this was the order shipped 8 Nov. Choose to wait for parcel shipped 16 Nov to get all of my items, then initiate return of excess items. 5 Dec. Query where my shipment or refund went. Provide evidence supplied with shipment that it was short these items. 6 Dec. Missing items refunded. Up to 7 working days for refund to be received. 17 Dec. Query when refund was processed. Advised was not due for a refund as 'all items were shipped.' 18 Dec. Refund processed. 19 Dec. It's over. Refund received. FIFTY SEVEN DAYS. Yours Clothing has not yet responded. Becky Hicks: 1/5 Stars 15/03/2018 Order cancelled by their security team without notification, have not been refunded I placed an order on 28/02/18 for multiple items of clothing - the order totalled £159. The delivery did not arrive, so I used their live chat on 07/03/18 to contact customer services, and was told they need to contact the warehouse team to get more information and someone would get in contact with me to update me. I requested they give me a refund for the order as I no longer want the items. I heard nothing from them. Over the past week I have phoned and been on the live chat multiple times (as of today - 15/03/18 - I've been in contact with them 6 times, every time being told someone will contact me after they have spoken to a manager/security team). Their managers are always away from the office and unavailable, and apparently the rest of the staff can't do anything without a manager. The only additional information I've been given is their security team cancelled my order, the order is on hold and nothing can be done until after they speak to a manager. I'm £159 out of pocket, and have wasted so much time on the phone and live chat. I'm never ordering from them again and will advise everyone I know to avoid them at all costs. So frustrated with the terrible communication exhibited by this company. Yours Clothing has not yet responded. Michelle Roberts: 1/5 Stars 10/01/2018 Size not what ordered Ordered my mum some underware as it's hard to get full figure style in larger size here in Australia took weeks to arrive finally did and wrong size Not worth money posting back and you probably wouldn't return underware anyway Not happy at all ESP as I emailed you to find out why was taking so long was just ignored Yours Clothing has not yet responded. Therese Paksi: 1/5 Stars 20/11/2017 WON'T ISSUE REFUNDS WHEN GOODS RETURNED Worst online company I have ever dealt with. Deliberately have their UK company's all e-mail addresses set up as undeliverable so you can't get a complaint through to them. Have been waiting on refund for over 3 weeks and completely ignoring me to have this resolved. Their online assistants ??? don't think so, are absolutely no use and because I live in Australia not Uk, they don't care on how they treat overseas customers., Definitely would tell anyone of experience I have been chasing for weeks for refund with no response - their customer service is a joke and will never purchase from this company again. Took 4 weeks to get 1 dress and now over 3 weeks to try to get a small refund. The fabric very heavy and the quality nothing like on their pictures. I have paid hefty postage to receive 1 dress and now with express post and definitely tracking that has been received back by their warehouse in Keysborough VIC, have paid more than 1/3rd of dress price out with still no refund... What an appalling lack of customer service. Will spread the word to all not to get caught up buying online from these crooks… Yours Clothing has not yet responded.
