nicos charalambous: 1/5 Stars 28/01/2018 Exploding oven door My wife and I were just finishing our dinner when we heard a loud explosion from the kitchen went and had a look and there was glass every where and the oven door outer glass was everywhere Zanussi has not yet responded. Geoffrey Antons: 1/5 Stars 11/12/2017 Outright liars Zanussi told me there was only one possible site for a new boiler, this turned out not to be the truth . On discovering this deliberate lie they are prepared to do nothing and continue this charade into court . Court date is about to be set and it will be interesting to see if they are prepared to commit perjury . The fact that they are thinking about it is appalling, but if they see it through this surely would give potential customers the measure of how bad they are at customer care . Please note this review scores 1 star as you cannot give a 0 score . Zanussi has not yet responded. Jean Lee: 1/5 Stars 22/03/2016 Faulty tumble dryer We contact the company as soon as the media coverage started. We were told 8 weeks which is almost up. We have received an e- mail saying it will now be September. This is ridiculous, when September comes will we get another e-mail. Zanussi has not yet responded.
