Alex Salmond hits a new low
Have always had a low opinion of Scottish politicians That view has surely hit rock bottom with Alex Salmond refusing to say that the Kremlin was behind the novichok poisonings in Salisbury.

He was speaking in his capacity as leader of his new party in Scotland called Alba. What chance have they got with that idiot in charge? The issue is he hosts a talk show on Russia Today, the Moscow-funded and state controlled broadcaster so he was asked three times if he believed Russia was responsible for the attack on former spy Sergei Skripal three years ago.
This is what he said; "Evidence came forward. As it was contested I said it should go to the international tribunals and courts."
Why wouldn’t he say as we have done, as all our allies have done and as most of the opposition politicians in Russia have done that this had the vile hand of Putin is all over it. Surely he wasn’t concerned that Alba will sink without trace at the upcoming Scottish elections and wants to make sure he can still broadcast when this latest political foray is over. Even he wouldn’t sink that low. Would he?
